In 2020, 5 performers from THE RAMPAGE including LIKIYA, Kenta Kamiya, Shogo Yamamoto, Shohei Urakawa and Takahide Suzuki formed this hip-hop unit which adopts a new style called "performers holding microphones".
Since the release of their debut song "Determined", they have released many songs, including "RIDE OR DIE", a song featured in the movie "HiGH&LOW THE WORST X", "Wild Boy", the opening song for the anime "Viral Hit", and "Gerbera", the theme song for the movie "Tada, Anata wo Rikaishitai" starring Takahide Suzuki.
In 2025, they launched the project "MA55IVE UNION" which is themed around the fusion of different talents, and released their 2nd album "EMPIRE CODE". After holding a nationwide tour with this album, they successfully held their first Nippon Budokan show, "MA55IVE UNION at Nippon Budokan", in June 2026.
Moreover, their 3rd album "DEPARTURE" will be released on September 9, 2026. They will hold "MA55IVE THE RAMPAGE 3rd LIVE TOUR 2026 'M5V' ~DEPARTURE~" with this album, marking the start of a new phase.
