PROFILE

Influenced by his father, who loves cooking, he naturally picked up a kitchen knife from a young age and developed a deep interest in cooking.
During high school, he decided on his career path and went on to a vocational school to study Japanese cuisine. After graduating, he honed his skills at the renowned Ginza restaurant "Ichijoji".
He then became fascinated by the depth of chicken as an ingredient and apprenticed under Yoshiteru Ikegawa from "TORISHIKI" to refine his skills.
In 2021, he became the owner of "Toriyaki Ohana".
His motto is "Never forget the original intention". He pours sincerity into every dish and consistently pursues his unique style of yakitori.
His dedication has been recognized, and in 2024 and 2025, his restaurant was consecutively selected as a Michelin Selected Restaurant.
The restaurant has received wide acclaim, being selected for "Tabelog Toriryori Hyakumeiten 2025".
