【About distribution method of bonus event participation tickets】
For each purchase of a designated product, we will provide one corresponding bonus event participation ticket according to the rules below.
The procedure is as follows.

There is an upper limit to the number of the event participation tickets (hereinafter referred to as participation tickets) for each venue. Please confirm the details at each venue on each event day.
*Participation tickets will only be given to those who purchase the products at the sales booth in the venue on the event day. (Please be advised that participation tickets will not be offered if you reserve the product at CD shops in the facility before the event date.)
*Participation tickets are provided in a limited quantity and they are only available while supplies last.
*The distribution limit for each session is subject to change depending on the degree of overcrowding on that day.
*If you wish to participate in the bonus event, please make sure that the person who will attend the event purchases the product. Giving the ticket to the participant by proxy purchase also belongs to "resale" and "transfer" in the prohibited acts. (However, a caregiver can purchase tickets on behalf of a person with physical disabilities.)
*The ticket issued is valid only on the day, at the venue and at the session indicated on the ticket. Please note that the ticket cannot be used on other days, at other venues or sessions.
*Please be sure to listen carefully to the staff's instructions at the venue and participate in the event before the ending time for the registration of the bonus event.
【About notice & prohibited acts】
◆General Prohibitions for Each Venue
*If we discover that you are engaging in any prohibited behavior, we will give you a strict warning. In case of malicious behaviors, we will take strict measures such as "confiscation of all participation tickets, refusal of participation in future events, identity verification", etc.
・Behaviors that cause the delay of the bonus event.
*The bonus event will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping.
Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc.
Stopping to turn over a sketchbook or pieces of drawing paper, or to write things, etc. will also be considered a delaying action.
*Deliberate refusal to queue up even though you have a bonus ticket will also be considered as a delaying action. No reception will be accepted regardless of the reason after the announcement of the end of reception.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging or obtaining the tickets through illegal ways.
*If the number of your participation tickets exceeds that of the tickets you should have theoretically, it will be deemed as "illegal acquisition". In such case, your tickets may be confiscated and you will be refused to participate in the event.
(Example: The number of your participation tickets exceeds the upper limit although you are not allowed to line up again to get more tickets. / The number of your participation tickets exceeds the maximum number of tickets you can get in two transactions although you can only line up again once.)
In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded. "Receiving a ticket from someone, including friends and family members, other than the participant himself/herself" is considered a "transfer".
*Forgery of participation tickets is a criminal act. We will take appropriate actions as soon as it is discovered.
・Interruption of purchase line.
*People who jump the queue and those who allow other people to jump the queue will be removed from the line.
Also, if you leave the queue, you cannot return to the original place. You have to line up again from the end.
However, those who leave for the restroom can return to the original place if they have the consent of customers who stand in front and behind them and notify the nearby staff. Please note that you have to line up again from the end if you fail to notify the staff.
It is strictly prohibited to "stand in line for others" since it causes troubles.
・Waiting in or out of the facilities for artists to enter or leave the venues, similar behaviors or behaviors that disturb other tenants (such as waiting in tenants' premises for artists to enter or leave the venues).
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing inconvenience to stores in the facility.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing the event, posting event content or bringing equipment into the venue with such purposes.
*Except for the above acts, if any violation is discovered, we will collect your information (personal information) for the purpose of managing and taking measures against fraudulent activities. Please agree to this before participating. If such a behavior is found, the ID will be checked and all data pertaining to the prohibited acts will be deleted. In this case, all participation tickets will be confiscated and participation in the event will be refused. The same measures will be applied if any past recording, filming or photographing data is discovered.
*All electronic devices that can be used for audio/video recording or filming must be turned off and placed in a bag prior to participation. You can take the bag with you when you participate in the event.
・Placing items in areas to reserve spots.
*Reserving a spot with sheets, tarps, or other items is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people around or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere for a long time, the staff will remove it. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.
・Carrying suit cases, baby strollers or other large luggage to participate in the event.
*Please cooperate with us to ensure that everyone participating in the bonus event has an equal amount of time.
*Since trolley luggage or large luggage will hinder the event operation, please deposit it to a nearby coin locker. People with suitcases will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
*Please try your best to not bring any luggage.
・Using stepladder and footstool in the venue.
・Entering the venue with pets or animals.
*Since some people may have allergies, it is prohibited to enter the venue with pets or animals for safety reasons.
・Waiting for artists to enter/leave venues, including public facilities, venues and tenants' stores, and following them around.
*It is prohibited to bring any inconvenience to those who use the facilities and stores.
◆Notice for all venues
・For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves.
・Please be aware that you may be asked to confirm your identity at the venue.
・For the safety of the artists and customers, we may use metal detectors to check you and your baggage or temporarily keep your baggage.
・Please be aware that staff members may touch you for operational reasons.
・You cannot join the bonus event if you are late for the gathering, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems. (You are not eligible for other sessions.)
・Please follow the instructions of the relevant staff regarding entry and event. If you fail to follow the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue.
・Please note that the event may be terminated half way due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
・Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancellation of the release event.
・The venues are set in commercial facilities or at the event hall. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
・When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
・In the event of rain in the outdoor space, please refrain from using an umbrella (including parasol) for safety reasons and to avoid troubles between customers. We recommend that you prepare rain gear other than an umbrella.
・Transactions cannot be cancelled and requests for returns will not be accommodated regardless of reasons.
・Facility services such as parking lot, point cards and other bonus content are not eligible for this event.
・No gifts can be handed to the members. No gift boxes will be provided. Please note that we will not keep any gifts, including letters, for customers at the venue on the day of the event.
・There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you. Make sure you understand that before you come to the venue.
・Please be responsible for your valuables when participating in the event. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
・On the day of the event, various restrictions, such as limited access routes, may be set to prevent accidents and disorder if necessary.
・Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the event to the venue.
・Please observe the "prohibited acts" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited acts" listed below or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・The related staff will never give you an "participation ticket" in exchange for money or anything else. If you are involved in such cases, please be careful about fraud.
・Please tell the staff if you need to come in a wheelchair with a companion or caregiver. We cannot accept requests for care from staff, so please be sure to come with a caregiver.
・Baby strollers are not allowed to enter the bonus event space. Please tell the venue staff before lining up.

【About governing law & jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
【About handling of personal information】

・Waiting in or out of the facilities for artists to enter or leave the venues, similar behaviors or behaviors that disturb other tenants (such as waiting in tenants' premises for artists to enter or leave the venues).
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing inconvenience to stores in the facility.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing the event, posting event content or bringing equipment into the venue with such purposes.
*Except for the above acts, if any violation is discovered, we will collect your information (personal information) for the purpose of managing and taking measures against fraudulent activities. Please agree to this before participating. If such a behavior is found, the ID will be checked and all data pertaining to the prohibited acts will be deleted. In this case, all participation tickets will be confiscated and participation in the event will be refused. The same measures will be applied if any past recording, filming or photographing data is discovered.
*All electronic devices that can be used for audio/video recording or filming must be turned off and placed in a bag prior to participation. You can take the bag with you when you participate in the event.
・Placing items in areas to reserve spots.
*Reserving a spot with sheets, tarps, or other items is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people around or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere for a long time, the staff will remove it. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.
・Carrying suit cases, baby strollers or other large luggage to participate in the event.
*Please cooperate with us to ensure that everyone participating in the bonus event has an equal amount of time.
*Since trolley luggage or large luggage will hinder the event operation, please deposit it to a nearby coin locker. People with suitcases will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
*Please try your best to not bring any luggage.
・Using stepladder and footstool in the venue.
・Entering the venue with pets or animals.
*Since some people may have allergies, it is prohibited to enter the venue with pets or animals for safety reasons.
・Waiting for artists to enter/leave venues, including public facilities, venues and tenants' stores, and following them around.
*It is prohibited to bring any inconvenience to those who use the facilities and stores.
◆Notice for all venues
・For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves.
・Please be aware that you may be asked to confirm your identity at the venue.
・For the safety of the artists and customers, we may use metal detectors to check you and your baggage or temporarily keep your baggage.
・Please be aware that staff members may touch you for operational reasons.
・You cannot join the bonus event if you are late for the gathering, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems. (You are not eligible for other sessions.)
・Please follow the instructions of the relevant staff regarding entry and event. If you fail to follow the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue.
・Please note that the event may be terminated half way due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
・Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancellation of the release event.
・The venues are set in commercial facilities or at the event hall. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
・When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
・In the event of rain in the outdoor space, please refrain from using an umbrella (including parasol) for safety reasons and to avoid troubles between customers. We recommend that you prepare rain gear other than an umbrella.
・Transactions cannot be cancelled and requests for returns will not be accommodated regardless of reasons.
・Facility services such as parking lot, point cards and other bonus content are not eligible for this event.
・No gifts can be handed to the members. No gift boxes will be provided. Please note that we will not keep any gifts, including letters, for customers at the venue on the day of the event.
・There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・The staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you. Make sure you understand that before you come to the venue.
・Please be responsible for your valuables when participating in the event. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
・On the day of the event, various restrictions, such as limited access routes, may be set to prevent accidents and disorder if necessary.
・Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the event to the venue.
・Please observe the "prohibited acts" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited acts" listed below or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・The related staff will never give you an "participation ticket" in exchange for money or anything else. If you are involved in such cases, please be careful about fraud.
・Please tell the staff if you need to come in a wheelchair with a companion or caregiver. We cannot accept requests for care from staff, so please be sure to come with a caregiver.
・Baby strollers are not allowed to enter the bonus event space. Please tell the venue staff before lining up.
The prohibited acts and notice mentioned above give priority to the safety of members. We appreciate your cooperation.
【About governing law & jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
【About handling of personal information】
In accordance with the Group Personal Information Protection Policy, Avex Inc. and LDH JAPAN Inc. will jointly use the information to inform winners and to manage the events.
