【Notice on pop-up event】
・When reserving tickets, you must log in to "WE HUB" website.
You can make applications more smoothly if you register as a "WE HUB" member in advance.
・Admission ticket applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a limit to the number of people per time slot, so application acceptance will end in sequence when the maximum number is reached.
・Applications for multiple time slots on the same day will not be accepted.
Please note that even if multiple applications are made for different time slots, only the time slot applied for in the latest application will be automatically accepted, and all other applications will be canceled.
・Although we have mentioned in the broadcast before, there are still some people who did not follow the rules.
We ask for your cooperation and understanding so that everyone can enjoy the event while following the rules.
・There is a time limit on the day of the pop-up event, so please be sure to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the event time.
*As it is a public place, please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to people in the vicinity.
