・T-shirt: Up to 5 items (including all sizes)
・Fan, acrylic stand (solo pattern): Up to 10 items (including all members' patterns)
・Photo card: Up to 50 items per person
・Other goods: Up to 5 items of each type
■Since the merchandise will be available at multiple sales counters, there may be delays in product delivery, and if an item is sold out at nearby counters, it may not be available even after your order has been processed. Our sales staff will do their best to provide the items in time, so that they will not become unavailable. Please fully understand this before you make a purchase.
■Please check your purchased products, their size and quantity, your change, etc. immediately. Please be advised that products cannot be returned or exchanged once you leave the sales area.
■Payment in cash and by credit card as well as QR code payment are accepted at the special sales area. Please contact the staff in the sales area for the list of eligible brands.
■In order to prevent reselling and buying up, it is prohibited to queue up again to purchase the products. Our staff members will warn you if they find you engaging in such activities.
■Each customer can receive 1 "Laki Logo shopping bag" if he or she spends no less than 5,000 yen on goods in each transaction.
*The bonus item is provided in a limited quantity and on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all customers who spend at least 5,000 yen on goods will receive a Laki Logo shopping bag.
*Each customer can receive one shopping bag at the time of their transaction. Even if the transaction amount exceeds 10,000 yen, each customer can receive only one shopping bag. Moreover, customers cannot make separate transactions for extra shopping bags.
