Notice on electronic numbered tickets to enter "J SOUL BROTHERS Ⅲ 15th Anniv. POP-UP 'Chapter 15'@JU STUDIO"
During the period from 6/24/2026 (Wed.) to 6/29/2026 (Mon.), electronic numbered tickets will be required for all day when EXILE TRIBE STATION ONLINE STORE members enter "J SOUL BROTHERS Ⅲ 15th Anniv. POP-UP 'Chapter 15'@JU STUDIO".
The electronic numbered tickets will be issued from 19:00 on 6/16 (Tue.).
Please be sure to read the notice on the electronic numbered tickets before applying.
*Please select your desired visit date from "Others" on the electronic numbered ticket list page and apply.
*The time slots for entering the store with the electronic numbered tickets will be finalized via lottery.
*If you apply for your companions as well, your companions can enter even if they are not members of the EXILE TRIBE STATION ONLINE STORE.

Method of issuing electronic numbered tickets
【Notice regarding electronic numbered tickets to enter store】
*Please be advised that the electronic numbered tickets will only be issued to EXILE TRIBE STATION ONLINE STORE members.
*Please register as a member of the EXILE TRIBE STATION ONLINE STORE or log in to your account in advance.
*During the business hours of the store when the electronic numbered tickets are accepted, only customers with the electronic numbered tickets can enter the store. Customers without the electronic numbered tickets cannot enter the store.
*The gathering time printed on tickets is not exactly the time you can enter the store. Please be advised that you may have to wait for a while in front of the store.
*Customers who only have the screenshot of the ticket cannot enter the store on that day.
*If you do not show up on that day, we might reject your application next time.
*Please be advised that popular products might be sold out when you enter the store.
【Notice regarding Applications for Companions】
*Depending on the number of remaining tickets, you may not be able to choose your desired time slot for entering the store. Thank you for your understanding.
*Up to one person can enter the store with one ticket.
*If you choose "Apply for companions", please select the total number of numbered tickets (including the one for the applicant) you want to apply for.
*An electronic numbered ticket is required for customers of elementary school age and above.
*Only people who pick up the numbered tickets can go through the authentication procedure, so people who pick up the numbered tickets need to come with companions.
*If people who will pick up the numbered tickets cancel the application for the numbered tickets, companions cannot enter the store alone.
【Paper ticket information】
Regarding entering the store between 6/30/2026 (Tue.) and 7/5/2026 (Sun.), paper tickets will be issued in front of the store from 10:00.
Please note that paper tickets will no longer be issued once the number of visitors reaches the upper limit.
If there is a line of 15 or more people in front of the store between 10:00 and 10:10, the entry time (reference number) will be determined via lottery.
For customers who arrive after 10:10, tickets with following numbers (following those distributed in the lottery) will be distributed in the order of their arrival.
If there are not enough customers for the lottery listed above, paper tickets will be distributed in the order of the line.
Please refrain from lining up before the distribution time as it will cause inconvenience to people in the vicinity. Please line up from 10:00. Thank you for your cooperation.
