Her mother is Japanese and father is American. She lived in Japan until the age of 18, and then moved to Hawaii.
She has been participating in a wide range of activities such as surfing magazines and television programs as model or MC, and she is very popular in Hawaii as a professional surfer, Charisma surfer.
As a yoga specialist, she also released yoga DVD "Feel the ALOHA" and "Hawaiian Life Style with Yoga" to promote healthy life through yoga.
She made appearances in events in Japan, offered yoga workshops, and held yoga classes for enterprises.
Non-profit organization "Ocean’s Love" is a volunteer-based surfing school with the aim of helping children with disabilities to love the sea and discover the fun of surfing which started carrying out activities from 2005.
