Makoto Hasegawa is a performer of the 16-member group THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE.
He was a supporting member of GENERATIONS for 3 years from 2011.
He was selected as a candidate member of THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE in "GLOBAL JAPAN CHALLENGE" held in 2014.
In September of the same year, he became an official member of the group on the final show of Musha Shugyo at SHINKIBA STUDIO COAST.
On January 25, 2017, the group made its major debut with its 1st single "Lightning".
In 2017, he tried his hand at acting and appeared in NTV "PRINCE OF LEGEND" and other works.
He ranked in ViVi's "National Treasure NEXT Handsome Men Ranking 2020 (the second half)" released in 2021.
He released his first photo book "CHARACTER" on August 3, 2022 (Wed.).
He played the lead role Romeo in Shakespeare's work "ROMEO&JULIET" presented from January to February 2023.
He appears in ABC TV Drama L "It begins after a divorce", on air from October 2024.
