A dance and vocal group that inherited the spirit and beliefs of EXILE.
The five performers are the group's leaders EXILE NAOTO and Naoki Kobayashi as well as ELLY, Kenjiro Yamashita and Takanori Iwata.
The vocalists are Ryuji Imaichi and Hiroomi Tosaka who have been chosen in EXILE Presents VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 2 ~To Young People with Dreams~.

J SOUL BROTHERS III made their major debut with their 1st single "Best Friend's Girl" on November 10, 2010.
In 2012, J SOUL BROTHERS III appeared for the first time on the stage of NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen with their single "Hanabi".
The best & original albums released on the New Year's Day of 2014 have been topping the ORICON weekly charts for four weeks in a row, which became a brilliant achievement.
Moreover, their live tour across 13 cities in 2014 drew about 400,000 people.
They also won the Japan Record Award with their 13th single "R.Y.U.S.E.I." that year. Its music video got over 140 million views on YouTube. They have made three consecutive appearances on Kohaku Uta Gassen and established a firm position on the Japanese music scene.

Their national dome tour J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2015 "BLUE PLANET" held in 2015 drew about 1,200,000 viewers, including live broadcasts at movie theaters.
Their 18th single "Summer Madness" won the Grand Prize of Japan Cable Awards. Following that, their 19th single "Unfair World" won the Japan Record Award, thus winning the "Japan Record Award" for two years in a row. They won a total of 23 awards in that one year.

In December 2016, the annual ORICON rankings were announced, and they topped 4 rankings all at once, including their first ever top place in the music video ranking as well as the first places in the artist album sales, DVD and MUSIC DVD rankings.

Then, from November 2016 to 2017, they held their second dome tour J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2016-2017 "METROPOLIZ".
They released their best hits album "THE JSB WORLD" on March 29, 2017. Several nationally popular songs have again come under the spotlight.
In September, they started the "UNKNOWN METROPOLIZ" tour, which was a sequel to the "METROPOLIZ" tour, and held 10 shows at Tokyo Dome. As their 37 dome shows held throughout the year drew over 1.482 million viewers, J SOUL BROTHERS III became a group that attracted the greatest number of viewers on live shows in one year.

They released the original album "FUTURE" in June 2018 after 2 years.
This album presents 3 different worlds of 【J SOUL BROTHERS III】, 【Ryuji Imaichi】 and 【Hiroomi Tosaka】 and shows the 7 members' new possibilities and progress from various aspects.

J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2019 "RAISE THE FLAG" held in 2019 drew 1.25 million viewers making J SOUL BROTHERS III a group that attracted the largest number of viewers in one live tour in history.

On March 18, 2020, they released their new album "RAISE THE FLAG". In addition to the album featuring 10 songs including "Rat-tat-tat" and "Tokyo", which were included in CD for the first time, it also contained a live show video of "J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2019 'RAISE THE FLAG'" Aichi Show. It became a work which summed up all their activities under the theme "RAISE THE FLAG" carried out in 2019.

The group celebrated its 10th debut anniversary on November 10, 2020.
On January 1, 2021, under the name of EXILE TRIBE, they released the single "RISING SUN TO THE WORLD" which included JSB III's song "RISING SOUL".
In July, they kicked off their 5th independent dome tour "J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2021 'THIS IS JSB'".
On November 10, they celebrated their 11th debut anniversary and released their greatest hits album which condenses their activities so far and includes the songs decided by fan votes & original album "BEST BROTHERS / THIS IS JSB".
In February 2023, the arena tour "J SOUL BROTHERS III LIVE TOUR 2023 'STARS' ~Land of Promise~" will be held 9 years after the last one.
They announced that they would hold their dome tour "J SOUL BROTHERS III PRESENTS 'JSB LAND'" from November after about two years since the last one. They will continue to gain momentum.
