He won "VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 5 ~To Young People with Dreams~", which was held from May to December of 2017 and gathered about 30,000 participants, and joined the group as a vocalist.
From April to June of 2018, "Musha Shugyo FANTASTIC 9" was held as a preparation for the group's official debut. Even though it was before their debut, they presented 78 shows at 33 venues across Japan and drew about 75,000 viewers.
On December 5, 2018, the group debuted with the song "OVER DRIVE".
In April 2022, he broadened his acting range in "Azato Ren Dora" of TV Asahi "What's Wrong with Being Wily?".
He served as a Friday regular cast member of Fuji TV "Pop UP!" and made use of his excellent talking skills.
In November 2022, he serves as the ambassador for "Moderna Meets Music", a project launched by Moderna Japan, Inc. and FM802 to bring hope to people via music.
Apart from his activities as an artist, he is also expanding his activities to various fields.
In April 2023, he was featured in a TV commercial of "McDonald's" for the first time. Apart from activities as an artist, he is also expanding his activities to various fields.
He is active as a member of a new unit "EXILE B HAPPY" that was formed by LDH JAPAN's kids entertainment "KIDS B HAPPY Project" of which EXILE TETSUYA served as an ambassador and that mainly consists of EXILE TRIBE members.
