In November 2007, he joined the J SOUL BROTHERS II.
On March 1, 2009, he officially joined EXILE as a performer.
He and Naoki Kobayashi have been co-leading J SOUL BROTHERS III since its formation in 2010.
Aside from his role as a dance performer, he is also active in other fields such as drama and stage play.
In April 2013, he was praised for his portrayal of Tomonori Kashiwagi in Fuji TV's drama "Last Cinderella".
Since April 2014, he has been the Tuesday host of Fuji TV's "High Noon TV Viking", a program that follows "Waratte Iitomo!".
In 2015, he published his first book "EXILE NAOTO no Jinsei Honojigumi". He also created his own fashion brand, "STUDIO SEVEN" and became its creative director. And by opening POP UP stores in overseas countries he has been drawing attention not only from inside and outside the industry but also from overseas artists and celebrities.
Since April 2016, he has been appearing as a regular guest on TBS's "People Watching Variety Program: Monitoring". Currently he is still on the show.
In TV TOKYO Drama 24 "NIGHT HERO NAOTO" which also aired from April, he took on his first challenge of playing the lead role (as himself), and the ending song is sung by the newly formed group "HONEST BOYZ®".
In 2017, the special program "HONEST HOUSE" featuring HONEST BOYZ® was aired on Abema TV and their activities in 2018 are worthy of expectation.
He appeared as the presenter of the Silver Prize at "The Tabelog Award 2018" which was held in January 2018. "STUDIO SEVEN" opened its 1st street-level store "STUDIO SEVEN NAKAMEGURO" in December.
"GU×STUDIO SEVEN" products presented in collaboration with "GU" were released in March 2019. In September, he starred in FOD's original drama "Busu no Hitomi ni Koishiteru 2019".
The movie "DANCING MARY" where he played his first lead role was screened at Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia (2019). It won the Jury's Special Award at Porto International Film Festival (2020) and the Most Original Film Award (2021).
The movie hit the big screen in Japan on November 5, 2021.

The second batch of "GU×STUDIO SEVEN" collaborative products presented together with "GU" went on sale in June. The third batch was released in August and the fourth batch came in October.
In November of the same year, the movie "FOOD LUCK" he starred in hit the big screen.
The collaborative earphones "Audio-Technica×STUDIO SEVEN" presented together with Audio-Technica went on sale in March 2021.
He appeared in TV TOKYO's drama "Nanji no Na" which started airing in April 2022.
He played the lead role in Fuji TV's drama "Mouichido Papa to Yobareru Hi" which started airing from June 2023.
His 1st photo book "Onestà" is scheduled to be released in March 2024.
His first solo tour "NAOTO PRESENTS HONEST HOUSE 2024" is scheduled to be held from April of the same year.

Apart from his activities as a performer of EXILE/J SOUL BROTHERS III, an actor and his activities in the apparel industry, he also continues to explore entertainment possibilities in new fields.

Thank you very much for your continued support to our artists and talents.

Regarding letters and presents given to our artists and talents, there are some instructions listed as below.
Please read the notice listed below and we appreciate your cooperation.

Because it may take some time for artists to get your presents, perishables (food and drink, plants, living things) are not accepted.
In addition, please refrain from sending the following presents.

■Things that will not be accepted
・Perishables (foods, plants, living things, etc.)
・Money or cash vouchers (including coupon ticket, catalog gift, prepaid card, etc.)
・Expensive things
・Things applied on the skin (cosmetics, perfume, bath salt, medicine, sanitary goods, heat pads)
・Dangerous articles (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)
・Charms & amulets
・Electrical appliances

For safety reasons, our staff will open your letters and presents as soon as we receive them. After checking we will give them to artists. Depending on the contents, your presents may be returned or disposed based on the judgment of the administration office.
In principle, we will not accept requests to specify the date of giving them to artists, to check whether the gift has been given to the members or not or for details about returning letters and presents you have sent.
Please note that the contents listed above are also applied to "sending presents" and "putting presents in the gift box at event venue or theater".
