Guidelines for Fan Letters & Presents

Thank you very much for your continued support to our artists and talents.

Regarding letters and presents given to our artists and talents, there are some instructions listed as below.
Please read the notice listed below and we appreciate your cooperation.

Because it may take some time for artists to get your presents, perishables (food and drink, plants, living things) are not accepted.
In addition, please refrain from sending the following presents.

■Things that will not be accepted
・Perishables (foods, plants, living things, etc.)
・Money or cash vouchers (including coupon ticket, catalog gift, prepaid card, etc.)
・Expensive things
・Things applied on the skin (cosmetics, perfume, bath salt, medicine, sanitary goods, heat pads)
・Dangerous articles (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)
・Charms & amulets
・Electrical appliances

For safety reasons, our staff will open your letters and presents as soon as we receive them. After checking we will give them to artists. Depending on the contents, your presents may be returned or disposed based on the judgment of the administration office.
In principle, we will not accept requests to specify the date of giving them to artists, to check whether the gift has been given to the members or not or for details about returning letters and presents you have sent.
Please note that the contents listed above are also applied to "sending presents" and "putting presents in the gift box at event venue or theater".

We will help you to convey your support and love to our artists and TV personalities as much as possible, so please cooperate with us on this matter.

Furthermore, we have received many requests and inquiries via fan letters and inquiry emails from many people all over the country to our artists, TV personalities and company.
Since it is hard for us to respond to all of them, we basically refuse personal requests.
