PROFILE
He was born in 1975 and graduated from Kokushikan University Faculty of Physical Education.
He is carrying out activities under the idea of "Inspiring Japan through physical training!!"
He has been working as a personal trainer for more than 25 years after graduation.
He mainly trains top athletes, artists and businessmen.
Treating businessmen as athletes, he offers programs for business athletes to improve their physical performance.
In 2009, he proposed "Core Performance®︎" that can achieve maximum physical performance in the shortest time and bring out the best results through the correct use of body and correct movements.
Now, he works as EXILE's physical trainer, striving to improve EXILE's physical performance. And he also works as a producer and performance coach at his personal training gym "PCP".
He also helps to nurture trainers by giving lectures at training schools for personal trainers.
In "EXPG HIGH SCHOOL" opened in April 2020, he provides necessary training guidance for artists, dancers and all kinds of entertainers using the PCP system that systematizes exercise, nutrition and rest.
