【About exchange of tickets for prizes】
＜Grand prize＞
・You need to register your winning. If you do not do it within the designated time, your winning right will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate.
・The exchange of the winning lottery ticket for the grand prize and the ticket's expiration date will last until the end of reception on the event day.

●The winning lottery ticket and invitation to the bonus event are valid only at the venue printed on the ticket.

【About participation in autograph session】
●Names will be signed on dedicated cards prepared by the staff.
●You can talk to the members when they sign the names, but please move away promptly once they have finished signing.
●Only winners' names and the artists' names will be signed. We will not accept requests for writing messages or drawing illustrations. In addition, we do not accept any requests for not signing winners' names.
●Please provide winner's name in romaji, hiragana or katakana. Each name should be no more than 10 characters.
●The names will be signed using a permanent marker provided by the organizer.
●Handing gifts to the artists or any physical contact such as handshakes is strictly prohibited.
●Please follow the instructions of the staff during the events to ensure the events go on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
●Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.
●The autograph session will be held before the show.

【Order from minors】
Minors need the consent of their guardians to place an order. Orders without guardian's consent may be canceled according to the guardian's claim. Moreover, in such cases, if the order is judged to have disturbed other customers' purchases or the operation of our company, we may refuse all future orders.

【Notice (Please be aware of the following notes before participating.)】
●Avex Music Creative Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the company) will not be responsible for any troubles between participants concerning the winning rights or prizes.
●We will not allow anyone who is not feeling well on the day of the event to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, with coughing symptoms, etc.)
●Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or waist when guiding you.
●Videos and photos of the autograph session may be posted on the official website. Please note that you may be captured on camera.
●In order to prevent accidents and chaos on the event day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
●Please refrain from the following "Prohibited actions" when participating in the autograph session. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artists.
●There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
●The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the bonus event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
●The company, all affiliated companies, and artists involved in this campaign will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by winners in connection with their participation in, or inability to participate in, this campaign, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
●We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.
●If litigation in relation to this project is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.

【Prohibited actions】
●Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes.
*These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.
*If a winner is found to engage in transfer, the winning right will be invalid.
●Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jumping the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct
*If any of the above is found, we will refuse your purchase of products or take the same action as for misconduct.
●Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the members
●Entry and participation in events under the influence of alcohol
