Nonoka Yamaguchi will appear in the stage play "Do Re Mi no Uta" which will be put on stage from 5/9/2024 (Thu.)!

This work is an original work by Naotaka Hiratsuka, a full-time scriptwriter & director of the Nagoya-based theatrical unit "OYSTERS", who won many awards including the Grand Prize of the 16th Japan Playwrights Association's New Playwright's Award and Annual Young Directors Contest (2011), was on the shortlist for the 61st Kishida Prize for Drama and writes works actively for external theatrical units including Gekidan "Haiyuza"!

This work was presented by OYSTERS for the first time in 2013 and then gave birth to "Do Re Mi no Uta (girls' school version)" in February 2020 and "Do Re Mi no Uta ~Boys' School Version & Girls' School Version~" in June 2020 and so on. It is a popular work performed many times in different forms.

＜What is OYSTERS＞
This is a theatrical unit formed in 2008.
Getting rid of physical conditions as much as possible, the theatrical unit tries to create "jokes" from the disagreement of words under the theme of "excessive conversational dramas".
The major awards of the full-time scriptwriter & director Naotaka Hiratsuka: the Grand Prize of the 4th Sendai Geki no Machi Drama Award for "Hadaka Michi", the 16th Japan Playwrights Association's New Playwright's Award for "Truck Mellow", the 12th Aichi Arts Foundation Drama Award for "Mame", the Grand Prize of Annual Young Directors Contest (2011) for "Nihongo Shijiten", etc.
"Koko wa Canada Janai" was on the shortlist of the 61st Kishida Prize for Drama.
