【Nobuyuki Suzuki】Final episode of TOKAI TV & Fuji TV national network "The Hidden Heroes" to be aired from 23:40 on 12/21 (Sat.)
The shooting of TOKAI TV & Fuji TV national network "The Hidden Heroes" featuring Nobuyuki Suzuki has finished!
Last week in "The Hidden Heroes", President Sakurada (Yajuro Bando) from Inning Nine Group made an unexpected announcement of "aiming to be the 13th professional baseball team".
Sakurada told Hana (Kana Kurashina) and Hiroto (Nobuyuki Suzuki) that he hoped they could respectively serve as the team coach and the key player. How will Hiroto and Hana decide? Will a professional baseball team come true?
What about the Bunt Men? The final episode with rich content will be aired tonight!

◆How do you feel about the wrap?
I literally took baseball seriously during the shooting. In a word, it was interesting! I gave up playing baseball in my childhood, however, I was able to stand in Vantelin Dome Nagoya this time. I will never forget this experience.
Many staff members love baseball, so we often talked about baseball during shooting breaks and checked news of our favorite teams on smartphones after lunch...
Anyway, everyday life was about baseball.
◆You seemed to be a professional baseball player during the game and these scenes attracted much attention!
I went to extraordinary lengths while swinging the bat, which resulted in many blisters on my hands.
When I was watching videos about player cultivation on YouTube, I found that there were a great number of blisters on players' hands. Even so, they were still hard to join the top team. What a cruel world! That's the reality that I realized. But their hard work is overwhelming. It is my involvement in a work themed upon baseball this time that helps me notice all these. It is excellent to be a part of this work!
◆Is there any scene that impresses you?
It is the scene in episode 10 in which Hiroto has a direct battle against Naoto.
I stand in batter's box and keep batting balls thrown by Naoto. Sou Koyama who plays Naoto is a real fan of baseball and plays it very well. But he seemed to be frustrated. I kept thinking "Hiroto is too far from being like an adult!" when I played the role (lol). But that must be his unique "ways to express feelings".

In every episode, Hiroto says an encouraging sentence to someone. There is also some time Hiroto is encouraged in return. The final episode is particularly filled with Hiroto's love for baseball and spirit of never giving up.
"Hiroto who never gives up" is backed up by people around him and his gratitude to them is also integrated in the plot, which is a highlight of this drama. I hope all people including those who are striving for their goals and families with children will watch this drama.
