Notice on opening of world-oriented next generation yakitori laboratory "Bird Lab." in March 2025

We are pleased to announce
the opening of "Bird Lab.", a new reservation-only restaurant from "TORISHIKI ICHIMON" led by TORISHIKI's owner Yoshiteru Ikegawa, on March 14, 2025.
As a laboratory to explore new charms of "yakitori" and what the next generation of yakitori will look like, it will serve international chicken dishes with aromas and spices that will stimulate five senses. Please enjoy a unique dining experience here.
<Concept & Menu>
This is the first "modern fusion restaurant" by TORISHIKI ICHIMON.
The themes are "international" and "hybrid 'YAKITORI'".
The elements of Mediterranean dishes and ethnic elements are skillfully incorporated into yakitori and chicken dishes.
Please enjoy a unique experience, such as if you were traveling around the world, which can only be experienced here.

You can overlook the night view of Nakameguro at an open kitchen and enjoy a Brooklyn-style space where you can view dishes being prepared before your eyes.
At the "laboratory" for exploring new possibilities in yakitori, you can also enjoy the atmosphere of a graceful test kitchen.
