Notice on opening of new restaurant "Torisora" on June 20 (Fri.) ~Quiet luxury woven by yakitori and hot pot~
TORISHIKI ICHIMON's chicken hotpot restaurant "Torisora" will be reborn as a new restaurant in Meguro, Tokyo on June 20, 2025 (Fri.).
The introduction-only restaurant "Aobadai Torisora" loved in Nakameguro will be relocated to Meguro and make a fresh start in a way that allows more people to enjoy it.
The theme is "Quiet luxury woven by yakitori and hot pot". Once beloved in Tokyo's downtown, the specialty "Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe" remains unchanged, and we will also treat you with yakitori that we are proud of and nostalgic course meals.
We aim to create a warm restaurant that you want to share with your loved ones, and all of our staff will work diligently with heartfelt dedication. Please look forward to it.
■About Concept and Menu
"Aobadai Torisora" was once an introduction-only restaurant loved in Nakameguro.
In order to let more people casually enjoy Japanese food culture and yakitori, we have removed the introduction barrier and the restaurant will open up in a new form that allows a wide range of customers to enjoy "yakitori and Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe" which are the signature dishes.
The fragrant yakitori, grilled over a "near-high flame" passed down directly from TORISHIKI, will be served skewer by skewer in a timely manner.
"Tokyo Kashiwa Nabe" is a modern dish which elevates the regional cuisine of the downtown area where Ikegawa was born, using various parts of the Date chicken from Fukushima Prefecture and bringing out the inherent flavors of the ingredients.
While valuing careful cooking and a commitment to ingredients, we invite you to enjoy an experience of "returning to the origins" that removes the barriers of formality and evokes a sense of nostalgia.
