We have seen an increase in cases where tickets to our live shows are being resold at inflated prices through resale websites and other platforms.

We strictly prohibit the purchasing of tickets for commercial or resale purposes or the reselling of tickets to third parties. People with improperly obtained tickets will not be allowed to enter, regardless of reasons.

Additionally, purchasing unauthorized resale tickets may expose you to the risk of fraud and other crimes.
We are collaborating with lawyers and related organizations to combat malicious resale practices, conducting independent investigations, and raising awareness through social media. In order to avoid any complications, please purchase tickets through official channels.
Please note that we will not take any responsibility for any issues arising from unauthorized transactions.

In addition, we may conduct identity verification on performance days. Please be sure to bring a valid ID.
If it is found that you have borrowed or lent an ID, or are impersonating another person, you will be denied entry or may be asked to leave.

We offer the "ticketbook resale service" as an official resale service that allows everyone to safely and securely resell and purchase tickets at their original prices.
If you are unable to go to the venues for unavoidable reasons, you can resell (list) tickets on ticketbook at the original prices, so please feel free to use this service.
