In order to further develop ØMI's personal project "CDL entertainment" and expand related business, we have established a new company "CDL entertainment Inc." (provisional translation) as a group company on March 5, 2026.

Guided by the purpose “Circle of Dreams,” LDH JAPAN values believing in each individual’s dreams, connecting and circulating those dreams, and ultimately leading toward a brighter future filled with dreams.
During this process, we have actively planned future career direction for our artists and supported them in challenging new possibilities. The establishment of this new company is precisely a reflection of this concept.
What's more, this is also LDH JAPAN's unique way of fulfilling dreams, and it is one of our initiatives to explore and create new business models.

Even though it has been 9 years since ØMI began his activities as a solo artist, the foundation and place of his growth has remained unchanged: J SOUL BROTHERS III and LDH JAPAN.
It has been a long period of 16 years since he debuted as a J SOUL BROTHERS III member, and the world he has built together with everyone has remained unchanged. Cherishing it even more, ØMI will continue his future activities still as a vocalist of J SOUL BROTHERS III and artist from LDH JAPAN.

On top of this, we will work through CDL entertainment Inc. to deliver ØMI's thoughts and expressions to everyone even more than before.
Meanwhile, we will continue refining our abilities and delivering positive energy to society while cherishing ØMI's hope that his music and entertainment works will touch people's hearts and inspire thoughts.

Furthermore, we hope that these initiatives will become examples that show new possibilities to young artists and talents from LDH JAPAN who are pursuing their dreams, and will create a positive circle of "Circle of Dreams" where one dream leads to the next.

◆Regarding the new company "CDL entertainment Inc."
The newly established CDL entertainment Inc. is a group company of LDH JAPAN, with ØMI serving as the president and CEO, focusing primarily on ØMI's management business and the business of the lifestyle brand "CDL TOKYO".

◆Regarding the concept of CDL
"CDL", which is contained in ØMI's solo project, is derived from the French term Clair De Lune (= moonlight), symbolizing a place to express fleeting yet impactful entertainment, like the strong and beautiful light of the moon that changes over time.
"CDL TOKYO", with the theme of "Quality of life", is committed to planning and developing products that can enrich the lives of those who come into contact with them.
These concepts will also be applied to the activities of artist "ØMI", with the aim of creating works that can leave a lasting impression on people through music and entertainment, and delivering them to the whole world.

◆ØMI's comment
It has been 16 years since my artist debut and 9 years since I debuted as a solo artist, but since I began my solo activities 9 years ago, I have already set the goal of establishing this company.
I hope to realize and promote the vision and concept I put forward, and expand possibilities so that I can create more opportunities to meet and communicate with everyone who has been supporting me.
