【About venue and schedule】
・Sales may start earlier or later and may end before the event starts depending on the degree of crowding.
・The ending time of sales depends on the progress of the event and the degree of crowding on the event days. Therefore, we will inform you through broadcasting on the event days.
・The event will end at each venue once there is no line. An announcement will be made in the event space when the registration deadline is reached. Be sure to gather at the event space when the bonus event starts. Admission will not be allowed after the deadline even if you have a participation ticket. Please listen to the announcement carefully and be sure to arrive before the registration deadline.

＜About pickup＞
■You can choose how to pick up your products from the following methods.
Store pickup: Pickup at TOWER RECORDS Odaka Store (The store cannot be designated.)
Home delivery: Postage of 900 yen (We do not accept delivery to hotels or overseas countries.)
*You cannot change the pickup method after payment has been completed.
■You will be able to pick up your product at the store after the evening of the day before the product release. When you receive the product, open the URL of the order information in the email titled "【*Do not delete】 Payment Completion / Information on Pickup Method". Please show the barcode, which will be available from the date of product arrival.
■If you choose the delivery service, we will ship the products from the scheduled shipping date in the order information in the email titled "【*Do not delete】 Payment Completion / Information on Pickup Method".
■The product will be kept for 4 weeks from the release day.
■If products are not delivered by the deadline due to the long-term absence, unknown address or inability to contact you, you will not be able to get these products. In that case, refund applications will not be accepted.
■Any changes, cancelations, returns or refund applications for your convenience will not be accepted after a reservation has been made. (The same applies in the case of product delays.)
■If a customer fails to receive the product within a certain period and therefore the order has to be re-delivered or forwarded, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated. Please understand this in advance.

【About the number of copies at each transaction】
There will be an upper limit on the number of copies you can purchase in each transaction at each venue. Please details about the upper limit will be announced at the venue on the event day.
*The upper limit of the number of available copies at each transaction will be announced on the event day. The purchase limit is set to let as many people as possible participate.
*The purchase limit is subject to change depending on the degree of overcrowding on that day.
*If the number of products you want to purchase exceeds the limit, you will have to line up again at the end of the queue and make a second set of purchases.
*Depending on the situation on the event day, there may be restrictions on times of lining up again in order to prevent hoarding.
*Regardless of the reasons, requests for refunds or changes in the type or number of products will not be accommodated once a transaction has been completed.

*Event tickets are provided in a limited quantity and they are only available while supplies last.
*If you want to participate in the bonus event, please be sure to purchase the product in person. Making a purchase for another person and giving the participation ticket to the bonus event to the participant are also "resale" and "transfer" among the prohibited acts. 【About notice & prohibited acts】
◆General prohibitions for each venue (strict punishment to violators)
・Procrastinating behaviors that cause the delay of the bonus event
*The bonus event will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping. Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc.
Stopping to turn over a sketchbook or drawing paper, etc. will also be considered a delaying action.
If you do not comply with the rules, the staff will remind you.
If your acts are defined to be malicious, the participation ticket will be confiscated and you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging or obtaining the tickets through illegal ways.
*If the number of your participation tickets exceeds that of the tickets you should have theoretically, it will be deemed as "illegal acquisition". In such case, your tickets may be confiscated and you will be refused to participate in the event.
Please note that getting the participation ticket through the transfer from friends or family members also belongs to prohibited acts.
(Example: The number of your participation tickets exceeds the upper limit although you are not allowed to line up again to get more tickets. / The number of your participation tickets exceeds the maximum number of tickets you can get in two transactions although you can only line up again once.)
In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded.
Forgery of participation tickets is a criminal act. We will take appropriate actions as soon as it is discovered.
・Interruption of purchase line
*People who jump the queue and those who allow other people to jump the queue will be removed from the line.
Also, if you leave the queue, you cannot return to the original place. You have to line up again from the end.
However, those who leave for the restroom can return to the original place if they have the consent of customers who stand in front and behind them and notify the nearby staff. Please note that you have to line up again from the end if you fail to notify the staff.
It is strictly prohibited to "stand in line for others" since it causes troubles.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing troubles to stores in the facility.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event or bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the performance.
*If these acts are found, we will not only check your ID card but also confiscate your participation ticket and ask you to leave.
・Placing items in areas to occupy space.
*Picking up a spot with a cushion is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere for a long time, the staff will remove it. Organizers, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.
・Please refrain from bringing a carry case or large luggage.
*In order to make the event go on smoothly, please refrain from bringing large luggage such as a carry case.
You will not be allowed to enter the bonus event booth if you bring a carry case. Please do not bring items with you as much as possible.
・Using stepladder or footstool to watch the event at the venue is prohibited.
・Parking at nearby facilities that are not used.
・Participation with your pets
*For safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring pets into the venue as some people may have allergies.
【Precautions for all venues】
・For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.
・Please wear a mask when you enter the bonus event booth.
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate.
・Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves.
・Please be aware that you may be asked to confirm your identity at the venue.
・For the safety of the artists and customers, we may use metal detectors to check you and your baggage or temporarily keep your baggage.
・Winners cannot join the bonus event if they are late for the gathering of each session, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems. (Winners are not eligible for other sessions)
・Please follow the instructions of the relevant staff regarding entry and event. If you fail to follow the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue.
・Please note that the event may be terminated halfway due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
・Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancelation of the release event.
・The venues are set in commercial facilities or open spaces. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
・When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
・It is an outdoor venue. For safety reasons and to avoid troubles among customers, please do not use umbrella on rainy days. We recommend that you prepare other rain wear instead. Please do not use parasols.
・Transactions cannot be canceled and requests for returns will not be accommodated regardless of reasons.
・Facility services such as parking lot, point cards and other bonuses are not eligible for this event.
・No gifts can be handed to the members. No gift boxes will be provided. Please note that we will not keep any gifts, including letters, for customers at the venue on the day of the event.
・There is no special medical equipment at the venue of the event. People who have diseases or who need special medical equipment can participate only under the allowance of their physical conditions.
・The staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you. Make sure you understand that before you come to the venue.
・Please be responsible for your valuables when participating in the event. The facility party and the organizer will not be responsible for your luggage. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
・On the day of the event, various restrictions, such as warning line, may be set to prevent accidents and disorder if necessary.
・Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from making inquiries about the event to the venue. The act of predicting the venue and making inquiries is also regarded as an obstacle to safe operation. Please do not do this.
・Please observe the "prohibited acts" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited acts" listed below or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・The related staff will never give you a "release event participation ticket" for money. If you are involved in such case, please be careful about fraud.
・Please tell the staff when your come to the venue if you need companion, care or wheelchair.

【About governing law and jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.

■You will be able to pick up your product at the store after the evening of the day before the product release. ■The product will be kept for 4 weeks from the release day.
■If products are not delivered by the deadline due to the long-term absence, unknown address or inability to contact you, you will not be able to get these products. In that case, refund applications will not be accepted.
■Any changes, cancelations, returns or refund applications for your convenience will not be accepted after a reservation has been made. (The same applies in the case of product delays.)
■If a customer fails to receive the product within a certain period and therefore the order has to be re-delivered or forwarded, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated. Please understand this in advance.

◆General prohibitions for each venue (strict punishment to violators)
・Procrastinating behaviors that cause the delay of the bonus event
*The bonus event will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping. Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc.
Stopping to turn over a sketchbook or drawing paper, etc. will also be considered a delaying action.
If you do not comply with the rules, the staff will remind you.
If your acts are defined to be malicious, the participation ticket will be confiscated and you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging or obtaining the tickets through illegal ways.
*If the number of your participation tickets exceeds that of the tickets you should have theoretically, it will be deemed as "illegal acquisition". In such case, your tickets may be confiscated and you will be refused to participate in the event.
Please note that getting the participation ticket through the transfer from friends or family members also belongs to prohibited acts.
(Example: The number of your participation tickets exceeds the upper limit although you are not allowed to line up again to get more tickets. / The number of your participation tickets exceeds the maximum number of tickets you can get in two transactions although you can only line up again once.)
In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded.
Forgery of participation tickets is a criminal act. We will take appropriate actions as soon as it is discovered.
・Interruption of purchase line
*People who jump the queue and those who allow other people to jump the queue will be removed from the line.
Also, if you leave the queue, you cannot return to the original place. You have to line up again from the end.
However, those who leave for the restroom can return to the original place if they have the consent of customers who stand in front and behind them and notify the nearby staff. Please note that you have to line up again from the end if you fail to notify the staff.
It is strictly prohibited to "stand in line for others" since it causes troubles.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing troubles to stores in the facility.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event or bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the performance.
*If these acts are found, we will not only check your ID card but also confiscate your participation ticket and ask you to leave.
・Placing items in areas to occupy space.
*Picking up a spot with a cushion is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere for a long time, the staff will remove it. Organizers, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.
・Please refrain from bringing a carry case or large luggage.
*In order to make the event go on smoothly, please refrain from bringing large luggage such as a carry case.
You will not be allowed to enter the bonus event booth if you bring a carry case. Please do not bring items with you as much as possible.
・Using stepladder or footstool to watch the event at the venue is prohibited.
・Parking at nearby facilities that are not used.
・Participation with your pets
*For safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring pets into the venue as some people may have allergies.
【Precautions for all venues】
・For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.

・Please note that the event may be terminated halfway due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
・Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancelation of the release event.
・The venues are set in commercial facilities or open spaces. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
・When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
・It is an outdoor venue. For safety reasons and to avoid troubles among customers, please do not use umbrella on rainy days. We recommend that you prepare other rain wear instead. Please do not use parasols.

・Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from making inquiries about the event to the venue. The act of predicting the venue and making inquiries is also regarded as an obstacle to safe operation. Please do not do this.
・Please observe the "prohibited acts" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited acts" listed below or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・The related staff will never give you a "release event participation ticket" for money. If you are involved in such case, please be careful about fraud.
・Please tell the staff when your come to the venue if you need companion, care or wheelchair.

【About governing law and jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
