A CD sales campaign will be held at venues of "KAZ Billboard Live 2024 STYLE"!
Those who purchase "STYLE" can join a sticker lottery where each of them will have a chance to take a memorable photo with the artist!
In addition, we may set an upper limit on the number of purchasers depending on the congestion situation at the event venue without prior notice.

【About Exchange of Tickets for Prize】
●You need to register your winning. If you do not do it within the designated time, your winning right will be invalidated and you will not be able to participate.
●The exchange of the winning lottery ticket for the prize and the ticket’s expiration date will be until the end of the registration period on the event day.
【Registration Time】

●Please bring the winning lottery ticket with you to the reception desk at the CD sales booth. We will not accept photos, photocopies, or any other items other than the actual lottery tickets for exchange.
●The winning lottery ticket and invitation to the bonus event are valid only at the venue printed on the ticket.
●If the winning lottery ticket is damaged or soiled and the staff cannot see the exact pattern, the winning ticket will be invalid even if the pattern is correct. Please be especially careful in bad weather conditions. If the winning lottery ticket is lost, the winning right will become invalid.
●You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and ID at the time of registration. This information will be used for the purpose of operation, identification and sending prizes.
●Only the winners themselves will be invited. Companions are not allowed regardless of age.

【About Participating in the Bonus Event and Taking Memorable Photos】
●Only people who have tickets to the performance on the day (either 1st or 2nd stage performance) can purchase CDs and participate in the bonus event.
●The bonus event will be held after the 2nd stage performance on each day, so please make sure to check your transportation home before attending. We will not be responsible if you miss the last train or bus.
●When we guide you to the photo space, we will inspect your belongings or check your body. We ask for your cooperation.
●Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo shooting to ensure the event goes on smoothly. If the staff deems that you do not follow the rules, we may invalidate your winning right.
●The photos taken at the memorable photo session will be sent to winners as prizes within 3 to 4 months from the date of each show. The photos will be sent to the address you provide.
●The image data of the memorable photo will be deleted after 6 months from the date of release.
●The staff will take pictures one by one for each winner.
●Memorable photos can only be taken once. In addition, no other behaviors such as handing presents to artists or shaking hands are allowed.
●It is prohibited to post memorable photos on social media or other sites.
●We will not resend the photos if they are not received due to incomplete addresses or problems caused by the winners themselves.
●Please take care of your valuables at your own risk.

●Avex Music Creative Inc. will not be responsible for any problems between customers regarding winning rights or prizes.
●We will set the maximum number of items that can be purchased at one time. If you wish to purchase more than the maximum number, please go back to the end of the queue after making a payment. Please check the details at the venue.
●Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure smooth sales. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you.
●You are responsible for the transportation and accommodation costs associated with participating in the bonus event. Even if you do not meet the requirements for participation or are unable to attend the bonus event, we will not compensate you for transportation and accommodation expenses.
●Videos and photos of the bonus event may be posted on the official website. Please note that you can be photographed.
●In order to prevent accidents and chaos on the event day, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary.
●Please refrain from the following "Prohibited Acts" when participating in the bonus event. If you violate any of these rules, or if the organizer deems you unsuitable to participate in the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. In such a case, the organizer will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses. In addition, if any prohibited or illegal acts are found, the winner will be denied participation in all future events involving the artists.

●The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the bonus event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.
●The company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participation no matter winners participate in this project or not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by relevant companies and artists to this project.
●We will make well-round preparations before operation. If you see a suspicious person or object, please notify the nearest staff member.
●If litigation in relation to this project is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
【Prohibited Acts】
●Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes.
*These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.
*If the winner is found to engage in acts of reselling, the winning right will be invalid.
●Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jump the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct
