・How to Apply:
①Choose "Follow" on BALLISTIK BOYZ's artist page.

③Take screenshots of "following the artist page" and "adding the song to Favorite".
④The application will be completed after you fill the necessary information and attach the screenshots in the application form below.

Applicants who purchase "Stardust Forever" on the eligible stores will get "original smartphone wallpaper -TypeB-"! Moreover, 7 winners will be selected via lottery and get "original signed stickers"!
