Invitation to a memorable photo session after shows of "FANTASTICS LIVE TOUR 2025 'BUTTERFLY EFFECT' -FLY WITH YOU-" (up to 5 winners per show)

Winners chosen via lottery will be invited to a memorable photo session with the FANTASTICS members after the following shows.
・Please check and understand 【About Invitation to Lottery-based Bonus Event】 before making a purchase.
・You can select your desired show on the 【Enter Orderer Information】 page.
・If you do not want to apply for the lottery-based bonus event "Invitation to memorable photo session", you can purchase the products only coming with various original bonus items. In this case, please select "Do not apply" on the 【Enter Orderer Information】 page.
・The original bonus items will be delivered together with the designated products no matter whether you win the lottery or not.
・People who do not have tickets to the show can join the lottery for the memorable photo session but only those who have the tickets to the corresponding show can watch the show.
・Please be advised that you cannot cancel your order or change your information, date or venue after the ordering procedure is finished.
・"Cash on delivery" and "deferred payment" cannot be used as payment methods.

【About Invitation to Lottery-based Bonus Event】
●Only purchasers themselves who make orders can participate in the events. The rights of winning cannot be transferred to others and the winners cannot be changed. In addition, companions cannot enter regardless of age.
●For registration, please check the separate section 【About Identity Verification at Venue when Participating in Bonus Events】.
●You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and ID card at the time of registration. This information will be used for the purpose of operation, identification, sending of prizes, and notifying customers (or providing it to the public health centers if necessary) in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 infection among event staff or winners.
●After registration (identity verification), the event tickets will be picked up.
●Winners cannot join the events if they are late for the registration, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems.
●The bonus event will be held after the show. If you watch the performance on the day, you may not be able to enjoy it to the end depending on the gathering time of winners. In addition, we may take some time to guide you depending on the situation on the day. Therefore, please check your own transportation back home before attending the event. We will not be responsible for your return trip. Please understand this beforehand.

【Memorable Photo Session】
●You can take a memorable photo with the FANTASTICS members after the show.
●The photos taken at the memorable photo session are scheduled to be sent to winners as prizes within 3 to 4 months from the date of the show. The photos will be sent to the address you provide.
●The photo data will be deleted 6 months after the shipping date of the memorable photo.
●The staff will take pictures one by one for each winner.
●Memorable photos can only be taken once. In addition, no other behaviors such as handing presents to artists or shaking hands are allowed.
●It is prohibited to post memorable photos on social media or other sites.
●We will not resend the photos if they are not received due to incomplete addresses or problems caused by the winners themselves.

【About Announcement of Lottery Result】
●After a fair and just lottery, we will send the winning emails only to winners' registered email boxes according to the following schedule.

【About Identity Verification at Venues when Participating in Memorable Photo Session after Shows】
●Winners need to finish email confirmation and identity verification and then pick up the event tickets at the venue on the day of the photo session.
●If you fail to undergo the identity verification and exchange your event tickets within the period of time specified in the winning email, your winning will become invalid regardless of reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
●The photo session will not be carried out on a first come, first served basis. The numbered event tickets will be randomly distributed to customers during identity verification. The first one to receive the numbered ticket may not be the first one to take part in each event. Thank you for your understanding.

The following IDs are required. Be sure to bring them with you on the event day.
After the identity verification is done, you will receive the event tickets.

1."Photo ID" (IDs that can be used to confirm your name, address and face photo.) 1 type

2."ID without photo" (IDs that can be used to confirm your name and address.) 2 types

*One of the two IDs must have your address on it.
*Two IDs of the same kind will not be accepted.

＜General Notice for 1 & 2＞
*Please refer to "About IDs" below regarding the requirements for the identity documents.
*Expired IDs will not be accepted.
*If the information (name, address and photo) on the photo ID is inconsistent with the information of the purchaser, or customers forget to bring the photo ID, we have the right to refuse their participation regardless of reasons.

・Student's identity card with face photo (Student's identity card with address on it. The name can be written by hand.)

・Foreigner registration card
・Individual number card (Please put it into a case where we can see the surface.)

＜Notice about IDs Without Photo＞
Any one of the following "IDs without photo" printed with your name is acceptable. (Copies of the following IDs will not be accepted.)
・An insurance certificate
・A copy of the residence certificate
・A copy of family register
・An abstract of family register
・Certificate of registered seal
・Pension book
・Employee ID card
・Credit card & cash card (The combination of credit card & cash card cannot be used as two types of IDs.)
・Student's identity card without face photo

＜Certificates that Cannot be Used as IDs＞
*Bankbook, patient registration ticket, invoice, member cards and mail cannot be used as an "ID" even if your name and address are printed on it.

【Notice】
●Wearing a mask at the venue is optional.
●People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
●Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to ensure a smooth event. The venue staff may touch your shoulder or wrist when guiding you.
●Please pay the transportation charges and accommodation charges of the event by yourself. Please be advised that no compensation will be made for your transportation and accommodation charges even when you cannot participate as you do not meet certain requirements.
●Videos and photos of the bonus event may be published on the official website. Please note that you may be photographed and/or filmed.
●The event tickets will not be reissued regardless of reasons such as loss, theft or damage.
●Please refrain from reselling or transferring your ticket. Once you are caught engaging in such acts, your ticket will be considered null and invalid.
●The event ticket is valid only on the date printed on the ticket. You cannot participate in the event without a ticket for the event on that day.
●While we guide you to the photography event, we may check your belongings briefly or use metal detectors to check your body. We ask for your full cooperation on this matter.
●Customers are responsible for their own valuables throughout the duration of event.
●We may take various necessary measures to prevent accidents and disorder on the event day.
●Please be advised that presents and letters from customers will not be accepted at the winning reception counter.
●Please refrain from making inquiries about the event directly to the venues.
●We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or suspicious objects to the security personnel at the venue.
●There are no special medical facilities at the venue. People who have chronic diseases or who need medical equipment, please take it into account when attending the event.
●The event may be terminated or postponed due to natural disasters, performer's unavailability due to health concerns or accidents, traffic problem, equipment failure of the venue or other unforeseeable circumstances. The event time, place, content and lineup may also be adjusted. In such cases, no products payments can be returned, no compensation of traffic or accommodation expenses will be made. Please understand that beforehand.
●When you participate in the event, please avoid engaging in the following "prohibited actions". If any customer fails to abide by the rules stated in the following "prohibited actions", or is deemed to be unsuitable to join the event by the organizer, the customer may be refused to participate. In such cases, no product payment can be returned, no compensation of traffic or accommodation expenses will be made. Please understand that beforehand.
●Our company will bear no responsibility for any loss related to admission or failure to attend this bonus event, except when your loss is caused by intentional acts or culpable negligence of our company, affiliated companies or artists.
●Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction courts if a lawsuit about this bonus event becomes necessary.
●Your winning right will be considered invalid if it is obtained through borrowing an ID without photo, reselling or transferring. You will be asked to leave the venue and return the prize regardless of situation if you are found engaging in such acts. Please note that you and people involved cannot join in other lottery-based events in the future.

【Prohibited Actions】
・It is prohibited to resell, copy, forge the winning right.
*Once you are caught engaging in above acts, your right will be considered invalid.
*Forging and copying is a crime. If we detect any illegal actions, the customer will be refused to participate in the event and we will report it to the police.
・It is prohibited to touch the artist apart from taking photos, such as giving presents to the artist, shaking hands with him or hugging him.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event.
・Bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the event.
