We would like to extend our deepest apologies to the taxi driver and the taxi company for the great distress and concern caused by the recent incident involving Ryuji Imaichi, an artist affiliated with our company.
Furthermore, we would also like to express our heartfelt apologies to all those who have supported him, as well as to all related parties, for the concern and inconvenience this matter has caused.

Immediately after becoming aware of the incident, our internal Compliance Committee worked to confirm the facts, and while continuing to monitor developments, we imposed strict disciplinary measures as a preliminary measure.

In light of the recent development on July 31, when Ryuji Imaichi was formally reported to the prosecutors, we held further discussions regarding his future activities.
Although there are some discrepancies between the facts as understood by the company and what has been reported in the media, we treat the matter with the utmost seriousness and acknowledge that inappropriate conduct on his part did occur.
Ryuji Imaichi has demonstrated deep reflection, and in acknowledgment of this, we have decided that he will refrain from all activities until further notice.

As a result, "Takasai SUMMER BOOST 2025", which was scheduled to feature all the members of J SOUL BROTHERS III on August 3 (Sun.), will proceed with the participation of the other 6 members, excluding Ryuji Imaichi.
Regarding his future activities and return, we will make careful decisions while closely observing the situation as it develops.

As the investigation is still ongoing, we will refrain from disclosing further details at this time.
We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

We will continue to ensure that Ryuji Imaichi, as a public figure bearing significant social credibility and responsibilities, fully recognizes the gravity of his position, and we will provide thorough guidance to help him act with greater awareness moving forward.
To regain the trust of our supporters and related parties who have continued to support him, we as a company will continue to provide appropriate support to ensure that Ryuji Imaichi sincerely faces his social responsibilities.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this incident has caused.
We will do our utmost to restore trust by thoroughly reinforcing compliance awareness, including with regard to the conduct of our artists and talents outside of their official duties, and by working to prevent any recurrence.
