A release celebration event (Tokyo) will be held for MA55IVE THE RAMPAGE's 2nd album "EMPIRE CODE" to be released on 9/10 (Wed.)!
If you purchase the 2nd album "EMPIRE CODE" at the venue on event days, you will have a chance to participate in a farewell party, a mini live show (on a first-come, first-served basis) and a lottery-based autograph session where all members will sign your personal items.

＜Event Participation Method＞
For those with electronic tickets, we will sell the designated products at the designated register in the event space on the B1 floor starting at 11:00 on the day of the event. Customers who purchase the designated products will receive "mini live show numbered admission tickets" (with reference number / you can choose one from either part per transaction) on a first-come, first-served basis. Moreover, one "farewell party participation ticket" and one "autograph session lottery ticket" will be given for each designated product purchased.
＜About Electronic Numbered Tickets＞
In order to ensure that each customer can safely participate in the event, electronic numbered tickets will be issued upon the purchase of eligible CDs for the event. For details on how to get electronic numbered tickets, please check out the following content.

*When you enter the venue in line to purchase the designated CD for event participation, your electronic numbered ticket will be verified (by scanning the QR code). At the same time, your identity will be confirmed and the operation of the screen will be checked by staff.
*If the electronic numbered ticket cannot be displayed or is extremely difficult to be scanned or verified when you enter the venue in line to purchase the designated CD for event participation, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. Also, you cannot enter the venue with a screenshot. Please open the application and display the electronic numbered ticket (QR code) when entering the venue.
*If the cell phone (smartphone) is lost or damaged, the data is lost, or if the application that issues the electronic numbered tickets is deleted, the electronic numbered tickets cannot be reissued.

◆Autograph session where all members will sign winner's personal items
・Please purchase the designated product at the special booth at the venue on the day of the event. A lottery will be held based on the number of copies purchased.
・At the time of the lottery, we will issue autograph session lottery tickets with lottery numbers.
*Winning numbers will be published on the event day via TOWER RECORDS Shibuya Store's official X (former Twitter) account.
・Numbered tickets will be provided randomly. Customers draw them from the lottery box themselves.
・If you win, your lottery ticket will become your participation ticket. The admission is not in the order of lottery numbers but by calling numbers randomly.

▼About Autographs
・Autographs will be signed on winners' personal items.
・Only one personal item can be signed per participation.
・Autographs will be signed using oil-based markers prepared by the operation party. (Black, gold, and silver markers are scheduled to be available.)
・If we determine that your preferred personal item is unsuitable for autographing, we may ask you to change the item or the members will not sign their names on it. What's more, please note that we will not prepare alternative items such as message boards. Thank you for your understanding.
＜Ineligible Personal Items for Autographs＞
*Items in a size unsuitable for autographs from all the members
*Items with waterproof coating, such as iPhone X
*Plush products such as plush toys
*Food
*Clothes that show signs of being worn or are being worn on the day
*Other personal items deemed unsuitable by the organizer and operation staff for autographing, including underwear and extremely large items
・Autographs will be signed on tables and will not be signed on clothes or other items that are being worn.
・We will not accept requests for writing messages and creating illustrations, etc.

■About Notice and Prohibited Acts
At this event, the following acts are prohibited. If any of the prohibited acts are discovered, we will take actions outlined in the separate section "Response to Violations". Please be aware that by participating in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to related terms.

・Coming with a suitcase, stroller, or a large amount of baggage
*Since they will hinder the event operation, please deposit they to a nearby coin locker. If you come with a suitcase or stroller, since we cannot keep them for you, your entry to the event venue may be denied.
・Recording, filming or photographing after the start of the event, uploading related data, or bringing equipment into the venue for those purposes
*All electronic devices capable of recording (audio/video), filming, or photographing must be turned off and placed in a bag. Please bring your bag with you when participating.
・Possession of more than the specified number of event participation tickets
・Behaviors that cause the delay of the events
The farewell party and the autograph session will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping.
Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc. Moreover, actions such as not promptly preparing the page of a notebook or sketchbook with a message are prohibited.
The staff may touch your arms or shoulders when guiding you. Only people who understand this action can participate in the events.
・Transferring or reselling each event participation ticket
Giving a priority viewing area ticket or participation ticket to a participant by proxy purchase also falls under "resale" or "transfer". However, a caregiver can purchase tickets on behalf of a person with physical disabilities.
・Coming to the venue when you are not feeling well (with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・Sitting for a long time, taking up space with luggage, sheets, tarps, etc., standing on stepladders, platforms or steps to watch the event at the venue
Staff may remove items left unattended to take up space. The organizer and the facility will not be responsible for any item removed.
・Giving presents
Please note that there will be no gift box.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol
・Entering the venue with pets and animals
Since some people may have allergies to pets or animals, it is prohibited to enter the venue with pets or animals for safety reasons.
・Waiting for artists at public facilities, venues and other tenants' stores, and following them around
It is prohibited to bring any inconvenience to other people who use the facilities and stores.
・Multiple people participating with one participation ticket
To participate in each event, a participation ticket is required for each person, regardless of age, excluding fetuses.
Additionally, for safety reasons, preschool children are not allowed to participate in the mini live show.
▼Response to Violations
・Collection of personal information.
In the event of any of the above-mentioned violations, as part of violation management and countermeasures, we will manage the personal information of participants with violations as we need to identify the individuals for the purpose of refusing their participation in future events (including this event).
The personal information to be managed includes participant's name, address, telephone number and date of birth.
To prevent false information, we will check IDs and take photos.
・Deletion of recording, filming and photographing data.
・Confiscation of all event tickets.
・Prohibition of participation in future events.

◆Autograph session where all members will sign winner's personal items
・Please purchase the designated product at the special booth at the venue on the day of the event. A lottery will be held based on the number of copies purchased.
・At the time of the lottery, we will issue autograph session lottery tickets with lottery numbers.
*Winning numbers will be published on the event day via TOWER RECORDS Shibuya Store's official X (former Twitter) account.
・Numbered tickets will be provided randomly. Customers draw them from the lottery box themselves.
・If you win, your lottery ticket will become your participation ticket. The admission is not in the order of lottery numbers but by calling numbers randomly.
*When participating in the lottery, please choose between Part 1 and Part 2 each time.
*Issuance of participation tickets will end earlier for the part with no tickets left.

▼About Autographs
・Autographs will be signed on winners' personal items.
・Only one personal item can be signed per participation.
・Autographs will be signed using oil-based markers prepared by the operation party. (Black, gold, and silver markers are scheduled to be available.)
・If we determine that your preferred personal item is unsuitable for autographing, we may ask you to change the item or the members will not sign their names on it. What's more, please note that we will not prepare alternative items such as message boards. Thank you for your understanding.

*Items in a size unsuitable for autographs from all the members
*Items with waterproof coating, such as iPhone X
*Plush products such as plush toys
*Food
*Clothes that show signs of being worn or are being worn on the day
*Other personal items deemed unsuitable by the organizer and operation staff for autographing, including underwear and extremely large items
・Autographs will be signed on tables and will not be signed on clothes or other items that are being worn.
・We will not accept requests for writing messages and creating illustrations, etc.
・The autograph session has a time limit. Please decide the place for autographs in advance and get prepared to ensure the event goes on smoothly.
■About Notice and Prohibited Acts
At this event, the following acts are prohibited. If any of the prohibited acts are discovered, we will take actions outlined in the separate section "Response to Violations". Please be aware that by participating in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to related terms.

・Coming with a suitcase, stroller, or a large amount of baggage
*Since they will hinder the event operation, please deposit they to a nearby coin locker. If you come with a suitcase or stroller, since we cannot keep them for you, your entry to the event venue may be denied.
・Recording, filming or photographing after the start of the event, uploading related data, or bringing equipment into the venue for those purposes
*All electronic devices capable of recording (audio/video), filming, or photographing must be turned off and placed in a bag. Please bring your bag with you when participating.
・Possession of more than the specified number of event participation tickets
・Behaviors that cause the delay of the events
The farewell party and the autograph session will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping.
Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc. Moreover, actions such as not promptly preparing the page of a notebook or sketchbook with a message are prohibited.
The staff may touch your arms or shoulders when guiding you. Only people who understand this action can participate in the events.
・Transferring or reselling each event participation ticket
Giving a priority viewing area ticket or participation ticket to a participant by proxy purchase also falls under "resale" or "transfer". However, a caregiver can purchase tickets on behalf of a person with physical disabilities.
・Coming to the venue when you are not feeling well (with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・Sitting for a long time, taking up space with luggage, sheets, tarps, etc., standing on stepladders, platforms or steps to watch the event at the venue
Staff may remove items left unattended to take up space. The organizer and the facility will not be responsible for any item removed.
・Giving presents
Please note that there will be no gift box.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol
・Entering the venue with pets and animals
Since some people may have allergies to pets or animals, it is prohibited to enter the venue with pets or animals for safety reasons.
・Waiting for artists at public facilities, venues and other tenants' stores, and following them around
It is prohibited to bring any inconvenience to other people who use the facilities and stores.
・Multiple people participating with one participation ticket
To participate in each event, a participation ticket is required for each person, regardless of age, excluding fetuses.
Additionally, for safety reasons, preschool children are not allowed to participate in the mini live show.
▼Response to Violations
・Collection of personal information.
In the event of any of the above-mentioned violations, as part of violation management and countermeasures, we will manage the personal information of participants with violations as we need to identify the individuals for the purpose of refusing their participation in future events (including this event).
The personal information to be managed includes participant's name, address, telephone number and date of birth.
To prevent false information, we will check IDs and take photos.
・Deletion of recording, filming and photographing data.
・Confiscation of all event tickets.
・Prohibition of participation in future events.

The personal information we receive will be handled in accordance with Avex Group Privacy Policy for the purpose of notifying winners, managing and taking measures against fraudulent acts at events, and refusing participation in future events to the necessary extent, jointly by Avex Music Creative Inc. and LDH JAPAN Inc.

*The starting time of the sales is subject to change. The sales, lottery and issuance of participation tickets may end before the event starts depending on situations.
