Regarding admission tickets, electronic tickets will be issued.
Each ticket requires one smartphone for entry.

*On each event day, if there are any available seats, walk-up tickets will be sold. Customers wishing to purchase walk-up tickets should come directly to the collaboration cafe on the 7th floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA.

【About ticketbook】
■Application Method
・You need to register as a member of "ticketbook" (free) in order to apply for tickets.
・An email address is required when you register as a member. If you do not have an email address, please create one and then register.
Please note that applicant's information cannot be changed for any reason.
・Before making an application, please make sure that the name, phone number, address, email address, etc. in ticketbook membership information are up-to-date with the information of the person who will come to the venue.

■Admission Method
・One smartphone is required per ticket during admission.
・We will send an email with information about ticket issuance (download) on the ticket issuance day, 12/30 (Tue.) (tentative). You can also check the details from "発券・分配 (Issuance & Distribution)" on "My Page".
・Applicants cannot be changed for any reason. Please note that applicants must come in person. People other than applicants may be refused to enter the venue.
・If you have purchased multiple tickets, please distribute the tickets to your companions from "Ticket Issuance/Distribution" on "My Page" after ticket issuance. If you have purchased multiple tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, you need to designate companions when tickets are distributed.

*Pre-school children are not counted in the number of attendees, and seats will not be offered to them. Elementary school students of 6 years old and older are counted as customers.
*Depending on sales conditions, there may be dates when it is not available for general sales.

・Holders of usage tickets to the cafe need to take the elevator in SHIBUYA TSUTAYA to the 6th floor at the opening time of each session and then take the stairs to the 7th floor.
・Please present your electronic ticket when entering the cafe. Screenshots or printed copies of the electronic ticket cannot be accepted and are invalid. Be sure to log in to your My Page and bring a device that can display the QR code.
・Staff will guide you to your seat based on the number issued when you purchase your ticket.
・Please line up before the gathering time for calling your ticket number and you will be guided to in the order of your number. If you are late for the gathering time, you will be guided after the current number being called.
・You cannot change the seat after you are guided to it.
