【About prize exchange】
For the prize exchange, winners need to bring their winning lottery tickets to the reception desk at the CD sales booth during the period listed below.
＜Reception hours: 2 hours before doors open ~ Starting time of the show＞
・Please make registrations as early as possible, as registration may be suspended depending on the situation at the venue.
・You cannot participate in the event if you are late for registration, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems.
・Please enter your name, address, phone number, and email address in the Google form for the registration.
・The photos will not be sent again if they are not received due to incomplete addresses or problems caused by the winners themselves.
・The winning lottery ticket is valid until the end of the winning registration period for the show indicated.
・If the winning lottery ticket is damaged or soiled and the staff cannot see the exact pattern, the winning lottery ticket will be invalid even if the pattern is correct. If the winning lottery sticker is lost, the winning right will become invalid.

【About memorable photo session】
・"One winner" or "one winner and one companion" will be guided by the staff to take a memorable photo with the PSYCHIC FEVER members.
・Winners can participate in the event alone (without companions). Each child is considered as one person regardless of age.
・Please note that the photo will only be taken once for each participant regardless of reasons.
・Please refrain from touching the members or getting too close to the members to make a pose.
・The photo session is not carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. The numbered event tickets will be randomly distributed to participants during the reception. The first one to receive the numbered ticket may not be the first one to participate in the event. Thank you for your understanding.
・The requirement of participating with a companion is that the winner and the companion need to come together within the reception period.
・Photos taken in the memorable photo session will be sent to winners as prizes within 6 months from the day of each show. They will be delivered to the registered addresses.
・Please note that the data of the memorable photos taken in the memorable photo session will be deleted 6 months from the shipment date.
・It is strictly prohibited to post the memorable photos taken in the memorable photo session on social media or other online platforms.
・If the shows are cancelled, this project will also be cancelled and there will not be a make-up project. In addition, in such a case, no product payments can be returned, and no compensation of transportation or accommodation expenses or other expenses will be made.

【About farewell party】
・At the farewell party, artists will walk past participants, wave hands and say goodbye to them.
・Multiple winners will enter the same venue and participate in the event at the same time.
・Photography and video recording with cell phones and smartphones are allowed during the farewell party. Digital cameras or tablets cannot be used. Moreover, winners cannot take photos with the artists.
・For safety reasons, selfie sticks and tripods cannot be used.
・Images and videos can be posted to social media. However, "images and videos that include other participants" cannot be posted.

【Notice (Please be aware of the following notes before participating.)】
・The memorable photo session and the farewell party will be held after each designated show. Depending on the progress, you may not be able to watch the show to the end. Moreover, it may take some time to guide you to the event depending on circumstances. Please understand this before joining the lottery.
・Giving presents to artists, shaking hands and any other actions not related to the event are now allowed.
・Videos and photos of the event may be posted on the official website. Please note that you may be captured on camera.
・The event may end earlier, be canceled, or postponed suddenly due to requests from the local government, natural disasters, traffic conditions, poor facilities at the venue, illness or accident of the appearing artists, time limit, delay in progress, or other unavoidable circumstances. Even if you are unable to attend the event due to these reasons, we will not refund the money you pay for products or compensate for transportation and travel expenses.

【Prohibited actions】
*Transfer, exchange, resale, copying, or counterfeiting of winning lottery tickets, winning rights, or prizes (These acts are crimes. As soon as they are found, you will be forbidden to participate in the event and be reported to the police.)
*If a winner is found to engage in transfer, the winning right will be invalid.
*Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as jumping the purchase queue, or acts that the operation staff deems to be equivalent to misconduct (If any of the above is found, we will refuse your purchase of products or take the same action as for misconduct.)
*Slander, defamation, threats, abuse, etc. against the members
