*The purchase limit is set to let as many people as possible to participate.

*If the number of products you want to purchase exceeds the limit, you will have to line up again at the end of the queue and make a second set of purchases.
*Depending on the situation on the days, we may restrict the times of lining up again to prevent bulk purchases.
*No refund applications, quantity changes or product type changes will be accepted after purchases, regardless of the reasons.

【About Entry to Priority Viewing Area】
・The stage performance is free for watching.
・There will be a "priority area" for those who purchase CDs to view the performance in the area in front of the stage.
・"Numbered tickets to priority area (hereinafter referred to as priority viewing area ticket)" will be given to CD purchasers. priority viewing area ticket will be numbered. Please enter the "priority area" in the admission order published on the performance day.
・priority viewing area ticket are in the shape of wristbands. They will be wrapped around the wrists of CD purchasers by staff members. If wristbands are removed or if there are any removal marks on wristbands, priority viewing area ticket will become invalid.
・The number and purchase limit of "numbered tickets to priority area" and "tickets to bonus event" will be determined based on the number of customers who arrive before the sales start. Please come in accordance with the starting time of sales if you want to enter the priority area. Please refrain from coming early in the morning.
・"Order of entering into priority area" for the numbered tickets to priority area is scheduled to be announced near the CD sales area or the admission area and on the official X account. The time of announcement and the starting time of admission vary from venue to venue. Please note that "a smaller number does not mean an earlier entry to the priority area".
・Due to internet or service problems, it may be difficult to make announcements or view them on social media. In that case, please follow the announcements at the venue.
・One person can get up to one priority ticket. You cannot receive another one even if you line up and make a payment again,
・Random priority tickets will be distributed in order to customers who wait in line and make purchases at the start of sales. Please note that distribution will end once all the tickets are given out.
・Priority tickets cannot be given to those who are not present at the event. Please be sure to pick up the priority tickets in person after making payments if you want to participate.
・It is prohibited to transfer or resell priority viewing area ticket. If any violation is found, the corresponding number will be invalidated. In addition, the person will not be allowed to participate in any of the artist's events. In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded.

【About priority viewing area for kids】
*A "numbered priority viewing area entry ticket" is required to enter the area.
*All viewers must be seated in the area. We recommend that you prepare a leisure sheet or something similar. (It cannot be used to reserve a spot in advance, etc. Please prepare a leisure sheet in a size that is comfortable for you.)
*Only children of elementary school age or younger will be allowed to enter the area.
*Each preschool child can enter the area with up to one guardian.
*Preschool children are not allowed to use this area alone. Please be sure to enter the area together with a guardian.
*Please note that elementary school children are not allowed to enter the kids area with a guardian.
*Space in the kids area is limited. Please note that you may need to watch the performance in the general priority viewing area if the kids area is full.
*Holding children up in your arms or letting them watch the performance on your shoulders is not allowed. 【Information about Tickets to The Bonus Event】
After you make the payment, you will receive one bonus event ticket (Hereafter referred to as event ticket) for every CD purchased.
*Event tickets will only be given to those who make a purchase at the sales booth in the venue on the day of the event. (Please note that you cannot get the tickets if you make a purchase at the CD shop in the facility before the event day.)
*Event tickets are provided in a limited quantity and they are only available while supplies last.
*If you wish to participate in the bonus event, please make sure that the person who will attend the event purchases the product. Giving the ticket to the participant by proxy purchase also belongs to "resale" and "transfer" in the prohibited acts. (However, a caregiver can purchase tickets on behalf of a person with physical disabilities.)
*The ticket issued is valid only on the day and at the venue indicated on the ticket. Please note that the ticket cannot be used on other days or at other venues.

【About Bonus Event】
・Each event ticket entitles one customer to participate once in the event to meet all the members participating in the event on the event day.
*One participation ticket is required per person for those of elementary school age and older.
*There is a possibility that vinyl sheets may be set depending on the venue or other circumstances.
*Please refrain from touching the members. If you do not comply with the rules, you will be refused to participate in the event.

【About Notice & Prohibited Acts】
◆General Prohibitions for Each Venue (strict punishment to violators)
・Behaviors that cause the delay of the bonus event
*The bonus event will be conducted in the form of walking within the space. Please proceed without stopping.
Please do not stop to talk to the members, call their names, ask them to pose for you, etc.
If you do not comply with the rules, the staff will remind you.
If your acts are defined to be malicious and affect event operation, the event ticket will be confiscated and you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
・Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging or obtaining tickets for priority viewing area ticket or participation tickets through illegal ways
*In the situation where you cannot repurchase even if you line up again, but the number of tickets you have exceeds the maximum limit, we will regard it as breaking the rules regardless of the reason. In that case, we will refuse your participation in future events.
(Example: You have several participation tickets even though it is impossible to queue up to make a purchase again.)
In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded.
Forgery of participation tickets is a criminal act. We will take appropriate actions as soon as it is discovered.
・Interruption of purchase line
*People who jump the queue and those who allow other people to jump the queue will be removed from the line.
Also, if you leave the queue, you cannot return to the original place. You have to line up again from the end.
However, those who leave for the restroom can return to the original place if they have the consent of customers who stand in front and behind them and notify the nearby staff. Please note that you have to line up again from the end if you fail to notify the staff.
It is strictly prohibited to "stand in line for others" since it causes troubles.
・Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing troubles to stores in the facility.
・Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
・Entering the venue or joining the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming or photographing during the bonus event or bringing equipment into the venue to record, film or photograph the performance.
・Placing items in areas to occupy space.
*Picking up a spot with a cushion is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere for a long time, the staff will remove it. Organizers, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.
・Carrying trolley luggage or large luggage
*Since it will hinder the event operation, please deposit it to a nearby coin locker.
*Please try your best to not bring any luggage.
・Using stepladder and footstool in the venue.

【Regarding Orders from Minors】
Minors must have the approval of their guardians before participating in the event.
Minors participating in the event on the day will be deemed to have the approval of their guardians.

【Precautions for All Venues】
・For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.
・Priority area tickets and bonus event tickets are not required for preschool children during the stage performance and the bonus event. Their guardians need the corresponding number of priority area tickets and bonus event tickets.
・When guardians enter the priority area, they are allowed to enter with preschool children. In addition, if the stage performance is hard to proceed due to children, the children may be asked to move to another place.
・It is prohibited to use stepladders or stands inside the venue (including the priority viewing area and the free area).
・Please note that no bonuses other than "an application ticket for admission to the priority area in front of the stage" and "a participation ticket to the bonus event" will be attached to the product.
・People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
・Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves.
・Please be aware that you may be asked to confirm your identity at the venue.
・For the safety of the artists and customers, we may use metal detectors to check you and your baggage or temporarily keep your baggage.
・Winners cannot join the bonus event if they are late for the gathering of each session, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems. (Winners are not eligible for other shows)
・Please follow the instructions of the relevant staff regarding entry and event. If you fail to follow the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue.
・Please note that the event may be terminated half way due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
・Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancellation of the release event.
・The venues are set in commercial facilities. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
・When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
・In the event of rain in the outdoor space, please refrain from using umbrellas (including parasols) for safety reasons and to avoid trouble between customers. We recommend that you prepare rain gear other than an umbrella.
・Transactions cannot be cancelled and requests for returns will not be accommodated regardless of reasons.
・Facility services such as parking lot, point cards and other bonuses are not eligible for this event.
・No gifts can be handed to the members. No gift boxes will be provided. Please note that we will not keep any gifts, including letters, for customers at the venue on the day of the event.
・There is no special medical equipment at the venue of the event. People who have diseases or who need special medical equipment can participate only under the allowance of their physical conditions.
・The staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you. Make sure you understand that before you come to the venue.
・Please be responsible for your valuables when participating in the event. The facility party and the organizer will not be responsible for your luggage. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
・On the day of the event, various restrictions, such as limited access routes, may be set to prevent accidents and disorder if necessary.
・Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please refrain from making inquiries regarding the event to the venue.
・Please observe the "prohibited acts" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited acts" listed below or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
・We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
・The related staff will never give you a "release event participation ticket" for money. If you are involved in such case, please be careful about fraud.
・Please tell the staff when you come to the venue if you need a companion, care or a wheelchair.

【About Governing Law and Jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
