*To allow as many people as possible to participate, there may be a limit on the number of products that can be reserved per order / the number of participation tickets that will be distributed at each venue, so please check out details at the venue on the event day.
*Participation tickets vary depending on the type of the bonus events. Please be sure to tell the bonus event which you want to participate in at the cash register when making a purchase.
*Various participation tickets are provided in limited quantity and the distribution will be over once all of them are given.
*If you wish to participate in each bonus event, please make sure that the person who will attend the event purchases the product. Giving the ticket to the participant by proxy purchase also belongs to "resale" and "transfer" in the prohibited actions. (However, a caregiver can purchase tickets on behalf of a person with physical disabilities.)
*Various participation tickets issued are valid only on the day and at the venue indicated on the tickets. Please note that the tickets cannot be used on other days or at other venues.

【Notice on bonus events】

＜About 2-shot smartphone photo session＞
*Each event ticket will allow one person to participate once in the "2-shot smartphone photo session" with one appearing member (selectable) on the event day.
*Regardless of age, one person needs one "2-shot smartphone photo session participation ticket" to participate in the bonus event once.
*For each participant, staff will take a photo of one participant and one member chosen by the participant, using the participant's smartphone.
*Please refrain from touching the member or getting too close to the member to make a pose.
*Please note that the photo will only be taken once for each participant regardless of reasons.
*It is strictly prohibited to post the photo on social media or other online platforms. Please understand this before participating.
*Only the standard camera function of your smartphone can be used for photography. Video and Live Photos (including screen recording, etc.) functions are strictly prohibited. If you are found using these functions, you will be denied participation in the event.

《About product pickup》
*You can choose to pick up your reserved products at Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Umeda or have them delivered (500 yen (same around Japan)).
■For those who choose in-store pickup
・The product can be picked up at Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Umeda.
・You will be able to pick up your products in the store after 9/16 (Wed.), the day before the release day.
・The store will keep the products for up to 4 weeks from the release day.
・You will not be able to receive your product after the storage period. Please note that you cannot get a refund in such cases.

■For those who choose home delivery
・Please pay the shipping fee when you make a reservation on the event day. The shipping fee is 500 yen (same around Japan).
・Products will be shipped in sequence from the release day and it may take 1 to 2 weeks for the product to be delivered depending on shipping conditions.
・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refund applications after purchase. In addition, if a defective product is discovered after purchase, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after confirmation.

*Customers who make reservations as TOWER RECORDS members can access it from the order information of the order list for live show / event venues on My Page after logging into the TOWER RECORDS online store.
・The store will keep the products for up to 4 weeks from the release day (until 10/14 (Wed.)).
・If products are not delivered by the deadline due to the long-term absence, unknown address or inability to contact you, you will not be able to get these products. In that case, refund applications will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
・Any changes, cancelations, returns or refund applications for your convenience will not be accepted after a reservation has been made. (The same applies in the case of product delays.)
・If a customer fails to receive the product within a certain period and therefore the order has to be re-delivered or forwarded, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated. Please understand this in advance.

《Notice on each venue》
It is prohibited to call and jump in the event space, as well as occupy the aisles.
It is prohibited to stand or sit in the aisles of the facility for an extended period of time as it will obstruct other customers.
It is prohibited to occupy public places, such as seats at restaurants or benches within the facility, as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
It is prohibited to hang towels or banners from upper floors or place objects beyond the guardrails.


【Prohibited actions / notice of the event】
If you are found engaging in any of the following prohibited actions, you may be refused to participate in the event and all event tickets that you have may be confiscated. In that case, you cannot return your products and your refund requests will not be accepted either. You may be asked to register your personal information depending on circumstances.

＜Transferring, exchanging, reselling, copying, forging or obtaining the event tickets through illegal ways＞
*If you have more than the maximum number of event tickets when there is no way to make a purchase again even if you line up again, regardless of the reason, you will be deemed to have violated the prohibition and will not be allowed to participate in any future events.
(Example: The number of your event tickets exceeds the upper limit although you are not allowed to line up again to get more tickets.)
In such cases, the purchased items will not be returned or refunded.
*Forgery of event tickets is a criminal act. We will take appropriate actions as soon as it is discovered.

＜Interruption of purchase line＞
*People who jump the queue and those who allow other people to jump the queue will be removed from the line. Also, if you leave the queue, you cannot return to the original place. You have to line up again from the end.
*Those who leave for the restroom can return to the original place if they have the consent of customers who stand in front and behind them and notify the nearby staff. Please note that you have to line up again from the end if you fail to notify the staff.
*It is strictly prohibited to "stand in line for others" since it causes troubles.

＜Placing items in areas to reserve a spot＞
*Picking up a spot with a cushion is also prohibited, regardless of whether there are people or not.
*If an item is placed somewhere, the staff will remove it. Organizers, venue party and performers will not be responsible for anything removed or things left unattended.

＜Carrying trolley luggage or large luggage＞
*Since it will hinder the event operation, please deposit it to a nearby coin locker.
*Please try your best to not bring any luggage.

＜Troublesome behaviors＞
*Loitering, i.e. camping, staying or assembling etc. around the venue or causing inconvenience to stores in the facility
*Abusing, threatening or cursing at the members and staff, or making unnecessary loud noise during the event, etc.
*Entering the venue or joining the bonus event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol
*Recording, filming or photographing the event, posting event content or bringing equipment into the venue with such purposes
*Using stepladder and footstool in the venue.
*Waiting for the members to appear or leave or chasing after the appearing members.

【General notice for all venues】
*Please note that the event content may be changed or the event may be cancelled depending on the weather on the day of the event.
*It is an outdoor venue. The use of umbrellas, including parasols, is prohibited at the venue. Please prepare a raincoat.
*The event space is limited so your admission may be refused.
*The venues are in commercial facilities. There are also many customers who do not participate in this event, so please do not cause troubles to other customers.
*Please do not bring dangerous items or alcoholic beverages to the event. Please do not enter the venue under the influence of alcohol.
*The starting time of the sales is subject to change. Sales may end before the event starts depending on situations.
*The ending time of the sales may vary due to the progress of the event and congestion on the day of the event. It will be announced at the venue on the day of the event.
*Please be aware that you may not be able to purchase the items even if you have lined up.
*The bonus event will end as soon as the line is cut off. The deadline for participation will be announced at the venue. After the deadline, participation will not be permitted for any reason.
*If you are found to behave in a malicious manner that is disruptive to other customers or staff, you will not be allowed to participate in any future events.
*For customers' safety, preschool children are not allowed to participate in this event alone. Please be sure to come to the event together with a guardian.
*The organizer or the media may film or record the main event, the bonus event and scenes of the venue before and after the bonus event as well as use the materials for the press, advertising, promotion, on internet media including social media or as products for sale. In such cases, participants may be recorded.
*People who are not feeling well on the event day are not allowed to participate. (Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, etc.)
*Participants should bear the transportation and accommodation expenses by themselves.
*Please be aware that you may be asked to confirm your identity at the venue.
*For the safety of the artists and customers, we may use metal detectors to check you and your baggage or temporarily keep your baggage.
*Winners cannot join the bonus event if they are late for the gathering of each session, regardless of any reasons such as natural disasters or traffic problems. (Winners are not eligible for other shows)
*Please follow the instructions of the relevant staff regarding entry and event. If you fail to follow the rules, we will ask you to leave the venue.
*Please note that the event may be terminated half way due to the time limit of the venue use, delay in the event progress, or other circumstances. In such cases, even if you have an event ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and we will not accept returns of products.
*Please be aware that other events may be held at each venue at the same time. Please refrain from any activities that may interfere with other events. If not, you may not be allowed to participate in the release event or lead to the cancellation of the release event.
*When you participate in the event, whether it is indoors or outdoors, please take the necessary health precautions and drink enough water.
*No gifts can be handed to the members. No gift boxes will be provided. Please note that we will not keep any gifts, including letters, for customers at the venue on the day of the event.
*Please refrain from waiting for artists to enter or exit the venues inside or outside the venues.
*Be sure to hold your cheering items at chest height. In addition, please refrain from carrying large boards, banners, items hanging from handrails or items that make noise as they may cause inconvenience to surrounding customers and may result in accidents. Please be aware that all cheering items may be prohibited at some venues.
*There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*Please be responsible for your valuables when participating in the event. The organizer, venue party and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
*On the day of the event, various restrictions, such as limited access routes, may be set to prevent accidents and disorder if necessary.
*Please note that the organizer will not be responsible for the last train or bus you take after the event.
*The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as member change caused by natural disasters or illness or accidents of members, transportation and equipment failure at the venue. Even in these cases, we will not refund the product payment and compensate for transportation expenses or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please observe the "Prohibited actions & notice of the event" above. Your participation may be refused if you violate "prohibited actions" or the organizer determines that your participation is not suitable.
*We will do everything we can to operate the event under safe conditions, such as arranging security in the venue. Please report any suspicious individuals or objects to the security personnel at the venue.
*The related staff will never give you an "priority viewing area admission application ticket" or a "bonus event ticket" for money. If you are involved in such cases, please be careful about fraud.

【About governing law and jurisdiction】
The operation of the event as well as the application and interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of Japan. If litigation between purchasers at this event is needed, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
