However, to "let you share LDH entertainment more freely and strengthen our bond with all of you", we have revised our 【Guidelines for Using Social Media to Post Content】!!!

We hope you will read them carefully and feel even closer to LDH entertainment!

Guidelines

LDH will not claim any infringement of copyrights or other rights in connection with the personal use by fans on their own social media of "images and videos of LDH artists and talents posted on social media, etc. (excluding paid contents) by LDH, its artists and talents".

"Images and videos posted on social media, etc. (excluding paid contents) by LDH, its artists and talents" refer to images and videos of LDH's artists and talents only on following platforms.

◆Official social media of LDH artists and talents (Instagram / X / TikTok: Including individual and group)

Please refrain from using any content that falls under any of the following [Images and videos that must not be used (Examples)] and taking any action that falls under any of the following [Forbidden acts] in the future.

・Images and videos for members and subscribers of paid contents in fan clubs, mobile and CL
・Saving images and recording videos of live stream, PPV live stream and interactive live stream (including free and paid archived videos of CL and PPV)
・Promotional images and videos about collaborations
・Images and videos of people other than LDH artists and talents
・Images and videos other than the above ones which are prohibited by our company

*Please note that "images and videos posted on social media, etc. (excluding paid contents) by LDH, its artists and talents" which fall under the above content still cannot be used.

[Forbidden acts]
・Posting images and videos of LDH other than "images and videos of LDH artists and talents posted on social media, etc. (excluding paid contents) by LDH, its artists and talents" mentioned above
・Acts that damage the image of LDH's contents
・Acts of slander and libel
・Posting images and videos with malicious processing, alteration, editing or acts alike
・Acts that damage the reputation, credibility and image of LDH, its artists and talents
・Acts that insult LDH, its artists and talents
・Usage for profits
・Promotional activities for collaborations, secondary creation for promotional purposes such as collaborations, or posting images and videos through relevant acts
・Rebroadcast live stream, PPV live stream and interactive live stream
・Acts that damage the honor, credibility, image and dignity of a third party
・Posting content that includes intellectual property rights (including portrait rights) owned by a third party without the permission of that party
・Acts that infringe on the rights of a third party
・Posting content that is offensive to people who view it
・Posting content that is obscene, discriminatory or insulting
・Posting content that is offensive to public order and morals
・Posting content that contains specific ideas, beliefs or religious and political intentions
・Pretence
・Acts of pretending to be official or acts that could be misunderstood as official
・Posting content that includes images and videos that have been non-public or deleted by LDH or a third party after LDH posts them
・Posting relevant content on media only for adult viewers and other media that are offensive to public order and morals
・Any other acts deemed inappropriate by our company according to above acts

Furthermore, if the material you create contains intellectual property rights owned by a third party other than LDH, you must obtain permission from the owner of the intellectual property rights besides the Guidelines. Please be aware of this.

In addition, if it is determined that a user does not abide by the Guidelines, we may request him or her to stop using designated content. In the case of malicious situations or untimely response, we may take legal measures.

Nothing in the Guidelines, express or implied, is intended to transfer or grant any rights including copyrights owned by LDH.

The Guidelines will be updated at any time. Please always check the latest version.
We may request deletion or take legal measures if a post violates the latest version of the Guidelines, even if it has been sent, publicly disclosed, published, etc. prior to the update.
