With the approval of LDH JAPAN Inc., Love Letter Inc. accepts applications for publishing advertisements, provides usable materials, and supports ad placement.

Accordingly, we have established new 【Guidelines for Promotional Advertisements】.

Guidelines for Promotional Advertisements

【Materials Available for Use】
Official promotional materials which can be used in promotional advertisements are as follows
・Publicity photos
*Materials available for use will be provided by Love Letter Inc. Materials obtained from social media or websites cannot be used. *Depending on the design or content of the advertisements, creators may be required to make revisions. *All intellectual property rights and ownership rights, such as copyrights (including rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), belong to LDH JAPAN Inc. In regard to advertisements, authors shall not exercise their moral rights.

【Prohibited Acts】
・Manufacturing, modifying, trimming or altering the color tone of the faces in provided materials ・Using the materials available for use for any purpose other than posting promotional advertisements ・Using promotional materials other than which are designated ・Contents which are offensive to public order and morals, which express specific ideas, beliefs, religious or political affiliation, or which cause displeasure to others ・Infringement on the rights of a third party ・Using promotional materials for purposes other than promotion, such as for profit-making purposes ・Any other acts that are deemed inappropriate by management or Love Letter Inc.

【Notice】
・Minors must read these guidelines carefully with their guardians and obtain the consent of their guardians before posting a promotional advertisement. ・Members of violent groups, etc. (violent groups, violent group members, individuals who were previously members of a violent group less than 5 years prior, individuals who have association with violent groups, and other similarly corresponding individuals) are not allowed to place promotional advertisements. ・If Love Letter Inc. deems that one's behavior meets any of the above prohibited acts, the approval of advertisement placement may be withdrawn.
