In 2002, she joined dream and made her debut.
In 2011, she started carrying out activities as a core member of the girls entertainment project "E-girls".
From 2015, she became a vocalist for the music project "DANCE EARTH PARTY" with EXILE ÜSA and EXILE TETSUYA, centered around the theme of "Making the EARTH HAPPY through DANCE!".
In June 2017, E-girls evolved into a brand new girls entertainment project "E.G.family". As a member of E.G.family, she focused on activities of DANCE EARTH PARTY.
In May 2019, she released her single "4 FEELS." under the name of Dream Shizuka and made her solo debut.
Now, she is active as a solo artist.

In addition, in 2024, she founded the jewelry brand "Siiiiii".
Through the belief that "charm is yourself" and the theme of "making it fun for everyone, no matter who you are", something that she values throughout her activities, the brand is imbued with her hopes that anyone will feel welcome to wear the jewelry.
In March 2025, she will hold a live show "Siiiiii × Dream Shizuka Crossover Live #newmyplaylist vol.1" combining music and accessories.
